Portugal - Serial child sex attacker

Police are hunting a man who carried out a number of serious sexual attacks on children in Portugal between 2004-10. Two attacks took place in the vacation resort of Praia Da Luz.

In one of the articles posted by Zweibel, it stated that most had been reported to the police but three came about after British investigators asked the public for info. A commenter at the bottom of one of the articles stated this info had been on the news for years.

BTW, another commenter noted that the burgundy shirt with the white circle on it that some had spotted, could be an Arsenal shirt, which might mean the man is British or just likes the team a lot. Here's a comparison:
