I seem to remeber Cindy in the clip with the no tresspassing signs and the hammer. She mentioned being upset because a lake nearby was being searched. She stated something to the effect that Caylee was alive and searching that lake was not going to bring her home. Also, I believe she mentioned a credible lead in texas and was complaining that no one was looking for Caylee (alive). Anyone know where that clip might be. It may hold helpful clues.

Yeah, Cindy gets calls everyday with tips all over the world and she's all ears, but when DNA comes back possitive she becomes deaf, even though she knows deep down this child is dead and her psycho daughter is responsible.

Tim got the tip from Cindy. That's why she's there. She is once again screwing with the investigation. Wish we could put her in a psyche ward until the baby is found. DNA tells me Caylee is dead and I would not even be taking calls with tips of possible sightings. Tim also said he's looking for a dead body!!!

She just can't stand it that people are looking for a body! I think she will do anything to jeopardize this search. :furious:

Haven't posted in a while, but you are correct. I heard about this "credible" lead a few days and ago and it was from Cindy. I do believe it was either when she was confronting that protester or when she was putting the no trespassing signs in the yard.

It really bothers me that a lot of you are emphatically stating that it was Cindy that gave Tim the tip. Sure she could have passed the info on to him, but I bet it didn't just end there.
Don't you think that man has a little more sense to just call Cindy's tip a credible tip without checking the information out first?

I agree!! although most of us feel the child is dead, it's important to keep an open mind as we don't have absolute proof of that. Tim Miller has an impecable reputation and is not an idiot.

Cindy/George will go to the end of the earth to protect Casey and keep her out of prison. This is their PRINCESS,
and as a Mom I understand how they feel, and their desire to NOT lose 2 people in their lives, but
Cindy/George are under a lot of stress, and have done everything in their power to aid and abet their daughter during this fiasco.

turmoil, and to remove the focus from Casey and the search to recover her body, after the DNA reports.

i don't know why people are getting all up in arms against Tim on this possible sighting. if someone that is credible said they saw someone that looks like caylee there it should be checked out. if it isn't it would also feed into the cause for reasonable doubt if this goes to trial. LE are given tips and leads all the time by credible resources that DOESN't mean all tips turn out to be correct. if this tip isn't checked out and baez uses it towards reasonable doubt and because it wasn't checked out the jury finds casey not guilty. what would these same people say then?

IMO LE is getting too close (for the Anthony's comfort) to proving that Caylee is dead.

I don't think it's a coincidence that this "tip" comes on the same day the immunity deal expired, and a day after LE announces Caylee is probably deceased.

Of COURSE Caylee has now been sighted alive.

Aw Heck no - All those millions of myspaces I've been looking at - a few of them did have Texas connections - but I just disregarded them thinking NC, NY, etc.. were relevant - not Texas. OK, I am not questioning that this was said by Tim. The problem I have with this is if it were a truly credible tip why would he not contact people in Texas himself. That is his home turf, I am sure he could make a call and have it on the news quickly. Maybe he did I don't know, but I would have to question the tip if he did not contact the media himself.

People clicking on here that may be able to to help search in the Dallas area will have a lot to pilfer through in this thread to find out all of the info otherwise. Just a thought.........

Plus.... when the media asks Cindy today WHY Casey did not take the "limited immunity" deal & tell WHERE Caylee is....

Cindy now can blast the media & tell them that about this new Texas sighting.... say even TIM from TES thought it was credible enough to get the word out.

There's NO WAY Cindy wants to deal with the immunity question OR the forensics that are being reported..... the defense team HAS to keep up the idea that Caylee might be anywhere in the world. It's Casey's ONLY hope of escaping justice.

Sorry but it doesn't make sense. The FBI lab has come back with the hair is either Casey's or Caylee's and I think tests completed today will show it is Caylee's. The cadaver dogs hit in the trunk and in the grandparents backyard. Cadaver dogs do not hit on decaying two week old maggot invested pizza as Cindy would have everyone believe. They hit on dead bodies and dead body smell and that is ALL. Cindy is clearly delusional and what a nutcase. I mean, COME ON! Your grand-daughter is gone and your daughter is lying, partying, stealing and you're OK with this? I laughed and laughed after she made the statement "well, Casey may have some "half truths out there" (WTF???) but she's no murderer". Why else would she continue to play this game? There are only three scenarios:

• 
  Caylee is dead and Casey is the cause.
  Casey knows who has her daughter and won't say.
  Casey doesn't know who has her daughter and won't say.

It is my personal opinion that Caylee drowned in the grandparents pool and SFB Casey was at fault and is now attempting to cover her tracks. She freakin' deleted over two hundred pictures of Caylee of her PC right after Cayle disappeared. Who the hell does that?

One thing is for certain, if this was my daughter, I'd beat the daylights out of her until I got the truth.

PS. Did anyone watch Nancy Grace last night? Leonard Padilla is now totally off the situation and said some remarkable things about Casey.
