Is Fernandez across the street?
No they are next to each other. This is the OCPA map of the two.

Is Fernandez across the street?
Interesting thread and coincidence on the body location / neighbor names.
Trying to work in the parameters here of not discussing the neighbors (which I agree with, BTW), if I compare reverse phone searches with property records, the "FG" property did not become a "FG" property until April 2008, and it was a sale of 0$. The first name before and after the sale is the same "unusual" first name, implying the property title was changed as a result of marriage.
The date of the change coincides very closely with a very large Photobucket upload by KC with a lot of cynical and serious icons relating to love.
Could this alleged marriage which precipitated a title change be something known generally through the neighborhood? Would such an alleged marriage have been burned into KC's brain, and called up later when she needed to conjure her nanny story?
I'm confused. Are you saying that this person's name with the unusual "Z" married someone with the "FG" initials? Thus making her a "ZFG"?
I'm tired, it's been a long day, so forgive me if I have trouble following your post. And why are we using the initials, when this name has been public for 6 months??
Also, Gonzales is a very common name among hispanics in Texas, as is Fernandez (and Hernandez)... but I have never heard this name "Zaneida" before, and I worked with many hispanics for years.
The only connection I see with the T's in this newest twist is Kio & what she first said upon hearing Caylee was *missing.......Kio "knew where KC would bury something".......& prolly told her parents & neighbors even before she told LE.
LOL...the neighbors names @ the remains site is about as strange as the ZG/sawgrass apt. fiasco.
Maybe the PIs were going off a suspicion from CA that Kio was the real Zanny (remember that phase?) and that is why they took such an interest in the area.
CA, too asked KC about a "Tia T" (was supposed to have said something about CA & a mental cond.).........KC says NO she doesn't know her.....
but it seems a Tia (Tatiana) is related to Kio as they are all listed @ the same address on hopespring.
Kio was talking to neighbors even before she talked to LE.

Tia does mean aunt in Spanish, and Gonzalez/Gonzales is a very common Hispanic last name. I think it's pure coincidence. Casey got her info off ZF-G's card at the Sawgrass apartments, even down to her daughter's names correctly!
This angle is *not* it.
I don't think she wanted the body found. I think she was game-playing. Sociopaths enjoy being "smarter" than everyone else.
She may have derived great satisfaction from being able to pat herself on the back and say, "I told them the truth! They're just too stupid to figure it out!"
In light of the alledged "overwhelming evidence" and the location of the body, I think KC wanted the body to be found. The proported time-line has Caylee murder happening after the fight with CA.
If the motive was punishment of CA by killing Caylee, taking this a sociopathic leap forward, she wanted the family to find the body first and if not possible then LE second. This way she could maximize CA's pain and anguish. Ditto for the kidnapping story etc.
Aside from discovery taking longer than she intended and getting caught, she was successful at hurting CA beyond her wildest dreams. In many ways I find this more diabolical and reprehensible than her alledged filicide.
While Caylee was an innocent child, her suffering was likely short. KC manipulated and hurt her mother and will continue to hurt her for the rest of her days-- by this I mean CA, should justice be served on KC in such a way that CA outlives her.
Are these the same people that were linked through myspace? My guess is that's where she got the idea from, because all of the names match her stories.

Look and listen again, Cindy mispronounced a name, KC acts like she doesn't know what Cindy means. (But she does. Meanwhile pretending it might be a joke, a restaurant, or something). I think in the same area, Cindy says KC has said Cindy is crazy.....same laugh, "Oh, mom!"
I'm all for this idea of connecting, but take a look at context.
