I could have sworn a I saw Maryanne Ruffini here but I looked back through and couldn't find it and it doesn't look like she's been submitted. Missing from NJ, also bipolar. I feel like this could be a really good match

Her DNA is in NAMUS. I assume they would automatically get a hit if there was a match.

There are UID'S in NAMUS where no DNA. no dental,or prints were ever entered. This is due to lazy police work.

My understanding is it doesn't work that way. Each test has to be done manually. thought that's what was explained on the radio show
