Post Verdict -Working Out The Unresolved Questions

Thank you for the update on JA unless I read it on here I hear nothing about her and NancyGrace seams to not update anyone on this case are Baby E. case it's like she leaves us hanging I'm just thankful for this sight are again I would not hear anything about any cases looks like she would tell a little something in her show.

I was looking through all the shower photos the other night and I noticed that before this pic (5:27:18):

Travis never looks in the direction of the camera in all the previous pics, and the bulk of the pics (11) are before this one, only 4 pics after it until the full face pic at 5:29:20.

The pics begin at 5:22:24, almost 5 minutes of pics until 5:27:18, then 2 minutes and 2 seconds until the full face shot.

In the last 4 pics, he always keeps his face looking in the direction of the camera, and during those is when he is made to sit down, and rather quickly considering almost 5 minutes of standing pictures (I don't call them poses because he does not seem to be posing or even aware of the camera until 5:27:18). And in the pic where he's turning and sitting (5:28:54):

his nose/lip gets hurt and blood can be seen in his camera-right nostril in 5:29:20:

Too much movement going on to see exactly how it occurs.

Couple this with the facts that:

She doesn't know anything about his floor cleaning other than having seen the furniture off the tile and the cleaner out (and does not even know it's a new cleaner as she would had she been there to see him put it together that morning).

She testified that she woke up first that day between noon and 12:30 (got up to use the bathroom, she thinks) and says Travis woke up between 12:30 and 1:00, then they had sex. She did not know T sent a text to Chris Hughes at 12:13 p.m., and would have had to have seen he was not in bed when she awoke and used the bathroom.

I am near strong belief that Travis did not know she was there before 5:27:18 p.m., that he saw at least one weapon when he saw her (which convinced him to follow her command and sit), and she began the attack within 3 minutes (5:30:30).

I don't think he ever had a real chance of talking her out of it, he didn't know until too late and she was far beyond any chance of being reasoned with.

As to where she was when taking pics 5:22:24 through 5:27:12, either poking around the closet door or hiding in the bathroom area would be my guesses, the angles vary quite a bit. In the very first pic he looks like he just woke up, in the second you can see sheet wrinkle marks on his back, so I do think he had just awoken from a nap to shower before the conference call that he needed to be ready for by 6:30. In her whole story, she never does mention knowing he had that call scheduled.

Is it possible that she struck him? That the camera bounce was her hitting him with the camera? Kinda like click, click,click, boom? That could be the truth in her lie because he could have knocked it and her away, making it not that devastating of a blow. Also, it would have enraged her- I still think she did this on massive manic rage, like super adrenaline. I think she had the weapons under the infamous sweat pants, which made her blow not that accurate. Then she busted out with the gun, and I still think he knocked it out of her hand. She probably got even angrier and then the stabbing started. Why wasn't his nose injury emphasized more? That clearly shows some struggle. Also, where did she become a brunette?

excellent observations of these photos and the events geevee! I believe you may have described things pretty much exactly as they went down.....I've always thought Travis had a look of surprise in that photo at 5:27:18 too but I never realized that he is only looking at camera from that time on

Very interesting. I am so certain that Travis did not voluntarily sit down in that tiny cramped shower. A hurried photo shoot right before Travis had an important phone meeting? Yeah right!

One other thing I think it shows, she wasn't finished taking pictures once he knew she was there and her plan went into action; whether she turned it to auto or still using manually, she continued taking pictures and the camera moved with them.

You know, I know Jane is getting a bad rap about this book, and I can understand. But have been watching her talk about it on HLNtv.com and there's some pretty interesting new information in there.

Like, we knew that Jodi followed Bobby Juarez across state lines and began dating Matt McCartney to make him jealous. But I did not know that Bobby was also afraid of Jodi, just as Travis was.

I also learned that some of the sex acts Jodi described Travis described to his friends as well and, needless to say, they did not go the way Jodi says. I learned that he described her as a nympho was completely obsessed with sex, which I definitely could see, but it's very interesting that he explicitly told his friends this. It is interesting that there is another side to the story with some of these incidences when we thought we would never hear the other side, Travis' side.

It really sheds more light on the whole situation and I hope juror 18 is hearing all of this. He wants to believe Jodi only became unstable when she met Travis which is far from the truth.

Why in the world would Travis describe his sexual acts with JA to his friends? He was 30 not 16! He was not supposed to be having sex per his religion. I remember the testimony of his ex-gf, Deanna. She said that they had to confess their sexual sins, lost their Temple Recommends. Did TA really know what a true nympho was? JA seemed to not to be embarrassed/shamed by sex. Compared to Deanna, JA might have seemed like a nympho to TA.

Can JVL be trusted to have told the truth in her book? I have a hard time wrapping my mind around Travis describing his sexual acts to his friends.

I like Beth Karas and was a bit surprised that she helped JVM with her book.

I have wondered the same thing too, the only thing I can see right off is all of the seconds are an even number, but that may be how that camera's time stamps work, I have no clue. It seems more likely a timer would be set that way than a time stamp that won't do odd seconds. lol

Maybe this should be asked on the attorney thread but, WHY are SO MANY ex-parte meetings/hearings being allowed with this judge? From where I am , ex-parte is considered a BIG NO-NO, unless ABSOLUTELY unavoidable (by law), kwim....I have even researched AZ law (abet minimally) and it is NOT NORMAL...
