I think I've seen two. One woman the lining of her dress apparently was stuck up in her underwear and you could see through her dress on one side. Another woman that look like she was wearing a black Tull skirt.

I hope Beatrice and Eugenie forego that dark, harsh eye makeup. Way too severe. Softer look is so much nicer.

I agree, blue seems to be a theme today! I love it and I wouldn't be surprised if the Queen is feeling blue today.
