I'm sad it's over. I wish the reception/parties were televised.

Phew! So relieved all went ok, Hats off to those two little boys who were entrusted with a silk tulle Givenchy veil in front of billions, my goodness Meghan is a risk taker. Well done Doria, my Burmese baby cat is called Dora but is now insisting that we add an "i" into her name in her honour.

Yep, it's really stressed or something's wrong with the bridle or it doesn't like the rider. Hope it gets a cool rubdown pronto.

They did comment that there was a father/son horse 'family' pulling the coach. Could it be his first run with crowds?

Rider was holding him close.

Their hands were probably sanitized just before they touched it. LOL

The Mulroney twins, Brian and John, 7 yrs old.

NBC stated these horses are a bit older and seasoned. Have done this many times.

Well, that's it, all over apart from photos and reception. It's been a brilliant day, beautiful bride and handsome groom.

Im off out now to a party in our little Close, only 4 families but we know how to celebrate.

Thank you for putting the thread up whoever it was. I'm pleased we could all share in this happy event.

Very nice of Prince Charles to step in and walk her down the aisle. My FIL did that for me as my own DF died young. I'll always be grateful to him for doing that. RIP to FIL now, too.

Horse and Man,

Storm and Tyrone, father/son horses will be pulling the coach.

Good article but I don't know how to link.

Google father/son horses and it will come right up.

Beautiful horses!!

Wish I had a sable full of horses. LOL

Yep they should have done, I love the look of the horses but I do feel sorry for them when they don't cope with all the noise. Good to have an American princess, stronger together and all that. God bless them and I know they'll be a force for good, which we certainly need. Thanks to all.
Now onto "bump watch"! I hope they don't hound Meghan too much, hard enough to be wanting to get pregnant without all the scrutiny (yes I mean you Daily Mail).

I cringed when they left the church and she dragged it down all those stone steps. Just imaging some snags, especially if it's silk. Maybe a bridesmaid would have been a better choice, but understand why she didn't want one.

This has been a beam of light in the darkness of the world. I think they will do great things. The wedding with the unity of black and white . So needed today! Truly lovely and inspiring.

Splendid ceremony!
Meghan looked elegant, and the looks Harry gave her melted my heart.
I watched the Today show coverage, and I thought they spent a little too much time on the Beckhams and Clooneys, but other than that, it was worth getting up and joining in the celebration.
I know his mother is smiling down on them this day, and it brought tears to my eyes thinking of her, imagining her there, beaming.

Agree Did no one tell her that they KEEP them for historical reasons???

So much for elegant finery eh?

rip, tear, holes. easy come, easy go??

Her Majesty will not be amused if it's torn.
