Well I disagree it's irrevelivent. My problem is that when you start a thread that says that then has the video link, some people may not have time to read the thread or can't view the video and then they will have incorrect facts. I'm not defending the mother for what she did wrong, I'm defending her for a blatant misstatement about what she is guilty of that was used to open the thread that has still yet to be edited.

And yes, the lead detective stating in video that evidence from the FBI labs came back as proof of human decomp IS proof.

Some of the protestors seem to be behaving normally, just there holding signs. But some seem to be trying to start a fight. If they would go home and not scream and yell at Cindy, she would probably ignore them. Do they really believe that yelling is going to do any good? They need to all go home and leave the family alone. They've managed to kill all the grass in that strip between the sidewalk and the street. Reporters have trampled over their yard and flowers... it's ridiculous, and it's not helping the case at all.
Having to call the police out there several times a day just because of these protests is not helping... they need to be elsewhere fighting crime... not having to break up fights at the Anthonys.

There is a distinct difference between a peaceful protest and badgering people. Name calling and screaming IMO never get you anywhere except more name calling and screaming. Knowing that this is happening. Yes KNOWING because we have all been watching the tapes and putting children in the mix is plain and simple asking for someone to get hurt. Probably the children since they have no real clue as to why they are there in the first place. Think of it his way these children then grow up to be just like the adults they where raised by. Those will be the parents who sit and wonder why their kids act the way they do. Sorry to rant....Just bothered by this whole "protestor" idea. Why protest go out and look for Caylee. I feel sorry for that little boy and I hope he is okay. What brought tears to my eyes was that 2 year old little girl wearing a sign that said "how could you kill someone like me". I think that is what it said. Who would put a sign on their child like that.

SOME of the protesters - to be exact those who take their children outside the Anthony house - are one and the same with Casey. Why?

Because JUST LIKE CASEY they put THEIR needs, THEIR desires, THEIR wants above their children's well being and safety. They should take a good look in the mirror.

I don't agree with how these protesters are acting but come on...to compare them with what Casey has done....WAY out of line IMO.

You obviously didn't listen to the one I posted because no one is explaining away anything. It is just facts by a judge. You can't have logic if you refuse to listen to others who understand how and why LE does what they do.

She is lawfully out on bail and has not been charged with being a "baby killer". These protesters will argue, make fools out of themselves and put their children in danger no matter where Casey is IMO. I wonder if any of them would want to be put in the slammer instead of getting bail?

Casey has a right to be out on bail. It sucks and nobody but the A's like that uncomfortable fact, but it's part of our justice system. I agree that she belongs in jail and that she will end up there for a good long while, but for now, she is not breaking any laws by being at home (as far as we are aware, of course).

The protestors are not breaking laws by protesting peacefully and assembling on public property (some of them aren't respecting either of these). Yet the HOA has rights as well, and may be able to assert them to move the protestors to a different location. If you've ever been involved in a planned march or protest, you'll know that very often you are told where you can be and where you can't be (on sidewalks, not blocking streets, for example) without breaking laws and getting in trouble yourself. I don't see much of a difference here if the HOA succeeds in getting the protestors moved.

I meant you, The Anthony's, Katie526 and whomever else supports Casey can explain away what LE is saying, the FBI proof, etc by talk talk talking... but logic transcends all.
