That's why I made my comment about the media, they're hypeing up the wrong things here, if I was watching TV(which I'm not now), I'd rather see what areas are being searched and what the people are doing there, than protesters waving banners and infinite loops of Casey walking out of jail

But that's just me.

actually I think its better the search teams are left alone and not mangled with coverage...I;m sure they can work quicker wihtout it.

Evidence is evidence, and I listened to this same mumbo jumbo with the Edwin Hall and Kelsey Smith case, and guess what? We were right who did not "presume" his innocence-he did it, and FINALLY after a long circus of lies, he admitted it to save his own neck from the death penalty. Presumed innocence is for the lawyers and the judges, BUT for the PUBLIC, if the evidence says
1. Hair from a dead body who shared your same mitochondrial DNA was in your trunk
2. There was HUMAN decomp in your trunk
3. Your daughter was missing for more than a month and you told NOBODY
4. There was vaporized chloroform in your trunk
5. Every word you say is a lie and a charade and a game and NOT helping find your daughter

Then the "presumption" of innocence falls by the wayside in lieu of the EVIDENCE...

Thinking people are not just going to look at ALL the evidence in this case and say, oh come on now, a person is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law...

Yes, from a legal standpoint that is true. But from the HUMAN REALITY we can make some judgements of the facts based on the EVIDENCE and this MONSTER is guilty as charged and guilty of more than charged and CAYLEE IS DEAD and Casey should DIE for that if she did one thing to CAUSE that baby's demise.

Thank you for being such an intelligent and reasonable person! I only hope that if a tragedy such as this should ever come to any of these poster's families, that they are given their rights as U.S. citizens and treated fairly by all, rather than in the ways that THEY are promoting that the Anthony family be treated.

Casey Anthony supporters said, “You people cannot convict her before she’s had a trial.”

Protestors said, “she will be proven guilty in the end.”

Even neighbors, who are tired of the circus in their community, got involved. They don’t want to see the kind of demonstration that broke out last Friday, the same day Casey Anthony was returned to jail on theft charges.

One neighbor said she’s really upset at Casey’s latest chance at freedom. She said the missing toddler’s mother belongs in jail.

My thoughts: I am one of those people (perhaps the minority on this board) who believes in the rights of citizens to gather and protest peacefully. I do not condone knocking on the Anthonys' door, or getting into heated exchanges with members of the family. The right to peaceful assembly is one of the most fundamental constitutional rights we have, and I hate to see anyone saying that that right should be curtailed--in ANY situation, including this one.

Cindy has been allowed her free speech all along. I want my free speech honored also. I think the public has a right to protest also. Cindy may not like it, but she's going to have to deal with the public. Maybe if she stopped coming outside to confront them, they would go away. I want a billboard sign parked there telling Casey to tell the truth (FOR THE FIRST TIME IN HER LIFE).

Everyone is so concerned with CASEY and no one cares about Caylee. Just huge signs of Where's Caylee? Would be nice. jmo

Come now folks... we have a legal system and rights here in the good ole US of A that say that she must be charged and found guilty by a jury of her peers. Be mad all you want, hate her all you want, but IMO we have people that die every day to protect our freedom and rights and NONE OF US have the right to take that away from her...
