Agree!
Let also add:
shovel
not reporting daughter missing
clubing while daughter missing
no calls to babysitter or anyone not checked out
lying to investigators
lying on the 911 calls
stealing gas cans
AND ALL THE COMPUTER AND SELL PHONE RECORDS!!!!
This is way more than we had on Scott P

So where then is that charge for murder?

Oh please, do you suppose that the prosecution attorneys "presume" innocence until "proven" in a court of law? Evidence is evidence, and I listened to this same mumbo jumbo with the Edwin Hall and Kelsey Smith case, and guess what? We were right who did not "presume" his innocence-he did it, and FINALLY after a long circus of lies, he admitted it to save his own neck from the death penalty. Presumed innocence is for the lawyers and the judges, BUT for the PUBLIC, if the evidence says
1. Hair from a dead body who shared your same mitochondrial DNA was in your trunk
2. There was HUMAN decomp in your trunk
3. Your daughter was missing for more than a month and you told NOBODY
4. There was vaporized chloroform in your trunk
5. Every word you say is a lie and a charade and a game and NOT helping find your daughter

Then the "presumption" of innocence falls by the wayside in lieu of the EVIDENCE...

Thinking people are not just going to look at ALL the evidence in this case and say, oh come on now, a person is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law...

Yes, from a legal standpoint that is true. But from the HUMAN REALITY we can make some judgements of the facts based on the EVIDENCE and this MONSTER is guilty as charged and guilty of more than charged and CAYLEE IS DEAD and Casey should DIE for that if she did one thing to CAUSE that baby's demise.

NONE of this so called evidence has been presented in court and PROVEN. Sources saying things is NOT evidence.

Presumption of innocence ONLY applies in a court room. In the court of public opinion, we are allowed to think and say what we want. It's called FREEDOM OF SPEECH

Look close at this picture from local 6. Casey is visably smiling (and if you go to the front page theres another pic of Jose smiling).
Now I ask, who smiles when their baby is dead? A guilty person! She is enjoying the publicity!

sorry, but I am intelligent and reasonable and gee, let's see the family has been LYING all along. So, yes, let's call them innocent.....NOT! Most intelligent and resonable people can see this from the evidence provided by the LE.

I hope that you are never in the situation where you are convicted of a crime by the media and public before you have a chance to go through the legal system as it is your right to do...

While I agree with you that all that we have been told POINTS to her guilt, and in my heart, I FEEL that she is guilty... until OUR LEGAL SYSTEM PROVES OTHERWISE, we can not convict her

Thank you!!!!!!!!!!!!

So where then is that charge for murder?

LE wants more. they will wait until the last possible minute with the current charges to charge her to avoid Baez wanting a speedy trial. it will come.

What I find disgusting is everyone has already convicted her and sentenced her to death without even a murder charge! We live in America where everyone is presumed innocent until proven otherwise and is entitled to a fair trial.

The term " Innocent Until Proven Guilty " is the most misused term in the American Legal System.
Innocent until proven guilty is a procedural term that applies to the Court and Law Enforcement officials.
It simply means that a person cannot be punished or denied any of their Constitutional Rights until they have been convicted in a court of law.
It does not apply to the news media or private citizens.
Private citizens, like us are free to speculate all we want on the guilt or innocence of anyone.
That's our First Amendment Right.

Thank you for being such an intelligent and reasonable person! I only hope that if a tragedy such as this should ever come to any of these poster's families, that they are given their rights as U.S. citizens and treated fairly by all, rather than in the ways that THEY are promoting that the Anthony family be treated.

The rights of a US citizen are not to be treated fairly by all...where did you see that one? The rights of citizens are to a FAIR AND SPEEDY trial. There are no rights afforded to a person concerning PUBLIC OPINION or PUBLICITY-none, and when you MAY have murdered your child, and you are lying to the authorities you have stepped beyond where you have many rights any longer.
Even if she "accidentally" over dosed Caylee, that is still murder.
It is against the law to lie to police.
It is against the law to hide a corpse.
It is against the law to carry a corpse around in your TRUnk.
It is against the law to steal from your grandparents, parents and friends.
It is against the law to engage in drug activity.
It was even against the law for her to even be DRIVING, as she only had a learners permit from what I can determine.
It is against the law to commit fraud.
It is against the law to forge a document.
It is against the law to have chloroform in your trunk.

Treat her fairly? Not forming a lynch mob is about as fair of treatment as she deserves...

They have to be doing something inside that house. Thought they'd come and play maybe.

If I were any of them, Cindy and Casey especially, I'd be scared to step out fearing I'd see a red laser dot on me.

they should be disgusted. I don't know how Cindy can stand to be in the same room/house. If she truly loved Caylee she would be smaking the truth out of Casey.

I agree and hope people understand this! We also have the right to say what we think, just as Cindy is saying what she says she thinks, but I do not have to believe her!!!

I agree, I never denied your rights to speculate, or the medias right to report and spin as they want... I simply said that UNTIL THE COURTS CONVICT HER... she has the same rights as you and I... ONCE THEY DO CONVICT HER... (and I pray that they will) THEN she loses her rights...

Why are some people upset because others can see the answer before they do?

A murderer isn't a murderer the day they are convicted. They have been a murderer since the day they commited the crime.
