I agree! Just another person trying to exploit this tragedy for their 15 minutes! After watching this video, I am curious about the use of throw away phones. I know that LE can subpoena the phone records, both landline and cell, for DC, LA, CA, GA and the "psychic". Assuming that they find no cooberating evidence that places any of these players in contact with each other at the time coinciding with the video, they may assume there were pre-paid phones involved. If, and this is just speculation, if DC AND the person he is talking to were both using pre-pay/throw away phones, AND LE could get their hands on THOSE phones, would they be able somehow to track the numbers called? Kind of like they search a computer harddrive I mean? Just curious if this is possible. Any ideas?

I don't think she used a throwaway because of the way she was complaining about Verison not giving her her billing information. I think, this case, like, Peterson will be solved on the cell phones and the taped conversations.

I would suspect that CA, thinks - believes take your pick, that any type of media associated with the A clan belongs to her and that she has control on who pays and who sees it.

I fell pretty confident the phone bills didn't back up what she said...otherwise she would have been flashing them on NG etc. I think a lot is on hold til after the funeral, and that LE will be laying some charges re these lies and other things.

ITA - but I do believe the phone records were looked at and the "call" or "calls" NEVER HAPPENED! It will be interesting to see how (or if) LE pursues this avenue.

ITA! And DC made the claim as well, apparently with BC advising him at the time? Very odd. I can't imagine there won't be some charges coming, at least for lying to LE over this? And we still don't know who he was talking to...perhaps someone else to be charged? And the As piping in, via BC, that they knew who it was and would tell the police (after the funeral?).

What amazes me is how studiously any mention of her has since been avoided by all the media outlets that tooted her horn so loudly (positive or negative makes no matter) when she first popped up.

And for that matter, why isn't anyone asking why a certain PI claimed it was her on the phone in the first place.

Or who he was really talking to. That seemed to be a big deal at the time.

And what I really want to know is what in the heck he was doing at the Breckenwood house (that our intrepid sleuthers tracked down) in the first place. Nobody had ever brought it up before, and it certainly isn't where Missy Psychic told him to look, if she did tell him anything.

Even if for some bizarre reason it didn't turn up on the phone bill she could scroll through the calls logged in the memory and take a photo of the number, date & time on the phone as proof. Otherwise, without the phone bill or proof from the phone itself--it never happened, I agree.

I think it will be found that the daughter's and psychic's calls did occur. But there was another caller....The PI has 2-3 phones, it is said, by Hoover. There is something to this "investigation"--LE has what they need to know. I also notice that esteemed Baez has completely shut up. Either 1) nothing to it, dismiss it. or 2) make it go away. No more calls for special master, as yet, no depos taking place we know about. I am surmising both PIs came "clean" with LE and were cleared for cooperation. MOOOO!

In either case, prosecution has it and is ready for esteemed Baez and a "something is wrong with recovery of remains" alt theory. imho.
