I don't have to provide a link, or her phone records, I am not claiming that the PI was conversing with her - as I said, it doesn't matter who he was conversing with, this is not evidence of any crime, it doesn't prove or disprove anything, all it does is confirms people's dislike of the Anthonys. All this is, is an interesting diversion, which sheds no light whatsoever on this case. I'd like to know to whom he's talking, but that's just nosiness, it has nothing to do with the case as evidence.

Just because someone is working for the defense, it doesn't follow that they are liars, sleazebags, evil, crooks or rotten eggs. That is how the system works - everyone is entitled to a defense and everyone is entitled to a zealous defense as if he/she was conducting it himself.

Maybe not this case but however if DC lied to LE that is a crime.

Next - mortgage companies do not routinely clean up the houses prior to sale. They usually have a Realtor in the area who takes care of that for them then bills them for the clean up. If it is an FHA or VA mortgage, then the process is much more complicated and many times NEVER gets done.

It is obvious that NO ONE has had that house cleaned up of garbage, because of the truck bed and all the Pepsi machines. So WHY would you say "without a doubt they had someone over there?"

ITA - Espcially in this economy. Down here one out of every 3 or 4 houses are empties! I have quite a few that I'm watching in just my neighborhood. They are a complete and total mess - both inside and out. We also have a problem with pools down here - peeps just leave and the pools grow stagnant and becoming breeding grounds for mosquitos. Nope - no one nowadays are cleaning up these empties. I also read earlier on here today that this house is in foreclosure.

The condo right next to me was foreclosed on by Indymac - which is now no longer - we have probs all the time with homeless getting in and sleeping in there - hubby sees them sneaking out in the AM when he leaves for work.

So I bet this house has been like this since the "G" family left and will continue that way for a while.

I think the point is...while it is used by some old school people...you would have to be at the site to use it. This so-called psychic was not there and states she had never been there.

my husband has the ability to use a dowser rod (i think thats what it's called?) to find water. every well on his granny's land was found by him.

i have no idea what a military dowser is though, lol. i think i'll tell him he should look into it...he might have a new career waiting on him, lol

It is the mortgage holder's property -it would be held liable for anyone injured. If someone in the neighborhood called the county board of health, the owner of the property would be cited for maintaining a public nuisance. That property is a lawsuit waiting to happen. The least they could do is pick up the bags of garbage.

Hmmm...maybe. What day was the video shot at the abandoned house? 14th or 15th?

First, the body was NOT found between 2 houses, no matter who owned them. It was found nearly in the backyard of the house at the corner of Hopesrping and Suburban. So any chit chat about the Zenaida house and the Gonzales house is fluff.

Second, the building in the video looked like a falling down shack, not a recently empty house. It was not in walking distance from the site, the PI's had to drive to get to it. It had a traffic reflector sign attached to it, lots of junk and storage buildings around it and an old soda machine on the porch. I think it was some junked building on public property.

Third, LE already has DC's phone records and know who he was on the phone with during the hours of the searching. I will bet on it.

Fourth, DC was 150 feet away from the dump site so he didn't disturb any crime scene.

Fifth, as far as the psychic being so specific in her directions, she had a map of the area along with the Teddy Bear and the photo. She said this in her first televised conversation on NG's show.

Sixth, as for the "divining rod", no one was divining anything. DC was inserting a metal stick into the ground.

Seventh, as for the cement construction blocks - they are everywhere in that area.

So, in my humble opinion, this story is just more conclusion jumping that has filled this case to the brim. I will wait until I hear it from LE as to whether any of this information has value.

Hi, Dots.

1) Tend to agree about the Z/G "backyard" and G house points....Coincidence, perhaps like all the other doubling in this case with so many similar names.

2) The house is within walking distance of the remains site. Check the maps/pix on Let's look for the house thread. You'll also see that the front of the house is relatively ok, but the back area is rather shabby. K Belich wftv broadcast that that house and house in tape are same.

3) I'm also sure LE has phone records.

4) D Casey was within 10 feet of the remains when he was in the woods. Angel Who Cares had on headphones when she listened to last week's motions hearings. She was able to hear the SA's whispering about the tapes and PI Casey. The "150" feet (per LP) have to do with earlier police searches and MR.


5) Yes, psychic did have map. Weird that she could "see" just where PI was going and what he was looking at, almost as if she had a built-in GPS.


6) Yes, D Casey definitely had a probe or rod.

7) Yeah, all kinds of bricks, pavers, blocks. Confusing when people keep mentioning and seem so definite that any specific bunch or grouping is a marker.
