maybe i'm just not suspicious enought (lol) but i blew it up to 400% and it didn't appear to me to be rubbed out or corrected. it just looked like a poor quality printer or reproduction. if you look at the "." on january 8th, it has the same type of marking. also, on the "." on october 7th, same thing. but that's just my opinion.

FWIW, to me, who has been looking at this since it first appeared to the public, it has been corrected. My own opinon.

idk if ron was going to be having a meeting with dcf within a few days of haleighs going missing but if he was i don't believe it would have been due to haleigh's absences. imo this was propaganda put out there by the sheffield's in their bid for custody. and can't recall if RC even addressed the accusation. i believe this based on the following research.

according to these records haleigh had a total of 22 absences for the school year, some excused, some unexcused and multiple tardies. she did not have the 31 absences that crystal and her attorney repeatedly touted on television. i personally find it a show of their character that they either didn't even look at the records -- or in the alternative, intentionally mislead the public -- because it's obvious from looking a the record that 9 of the absences included in their 31 tally were from after she went missing.

according to this, truancy is defined as "15 unexcused absences in a period of 90 calendar days." at the time haleigh went missing she had accumulated 8 unexcused absences in the previous 90 period.

Is this an accurate answer to the question or your very own personal opinion?

No misrepresentation going on by either Crystal or Attorney. Attendance record clearly has 31 days as Haleigh being absent/and or late. They may not have had the record in their pressence but may have been told. Either way, it is obvious rc did not have her education as a priority, no matter what those number are 22 or 31...equally bad...considering this was only half the school year.

the record does clearly show 31 as the total and it also clearly shows that 9 of them were after haleigh went missing. crystal was the one that stated she didn't know how many days HC had missed until she got the attendance records. a minor's school records are not public record. only a parent, parent's representative, or govt agency could have requested it.

since this is a q&a thread i don't want to get in trouble for debating whether or not rc had hc's education as a priority but will point out that hc was under a physicians care for her turner's syndrome. so, it very possibly could have been related to her syndrome.

a child's school records (at least not in my state) are NOT public record. CS could have received the records herself but art harris couldn't just order them. so, how would she not know what they showed?

and i appreciate your opinion differs from mine. unless there are two versions of this record i'm not sure why it would matter when i looked at it or why it's assumed that it wasn't when it was first released. just because i've just been reading/absorbing all this time -- not posting-- doesn't make my opinion any less valuable. imo

how tall is Misty? I seen a post in the lisa arrest thread that Lisa is only 4'11" and 98lbs. I never realized she was so tiny. just curious if Misty is also that small. If she is it ld explain the bricked door IMO

Can she be tried as an adult in Florida, and can she still received the death penalty if found guilty of killing Haleigh?

Would a grand jury have to be called to convene even if the death penalty were taken off the table due to her being a minor at the time of the crime's commission?

No, she cannot receive the dp, under 18 not eligible.

basically sounds like a parent meeting wherein they determine the reason for the excess absences and try to remedy them. and this meeting only occurs IF the principal determines that there is a pattern of truancy developing.

Hey Donjeta. I think you are asking about like a court ordered thing (like parent classes or something similiar..?) Where I live the courts require this type of thing during custody/visitation rulings. They include a home study for both parents and a class. They really just go over discipline and try to get both parents there and talk about the best interest of the child. (routines, love, family, values, education, medical care etc.)

Awesome. I think this answer is much better. I agree that the schools here also ask for meetings to resolve tardies and absences, they do this even if it is medical (excused) as well.

LE stated way over a month ago they believe Haleigh is deceased ... To my knowledge no one had been charged....
AH has posted on his site last week ..LE squeezed Tommy and Misty and it worked, however SAO doesn't have enough infomation or proof to charge anyone....
So does this mean this is it? No body.. No arrests?
Does this mean the Cummings Clan get off scott free other than Ronald Cummings possibly going to jail for trafficking? I'm not even convinced he will serve time, considering his track record...
IMHO..Whats left to say IF no news is being released..And since no news of real value has been released ever, whats left since Ronald Cummings have never had any pressure applied to him and most the talking heads on TV refuse to allow any suspicion to be cast on Ronald Cummings or anyone in his family?

Respectfully snipped. Unless LE is making sure that they have a rock-solid case, dotting Is, crossing Ts, and otherwise making sure that they've done everything that they possibly could to prove homicide sans a body, Ron will probably be on his merry way by the end of the summer. :furious: jmo

I believe that what we need in this case is for the FBI to look thoroughly into the LE in Putnam County. Thororghly, 100%. Something is very, very wrong in Denmark. DELVE BABY, DELVE.:woohoo:
