Does anyone remember LE stating that they had proof someone was in the home and Misty knew who it was? I'd like to revisit that statement if anyone has a link.

Madj, I believe this would be a list of records, proceedings, evidence, etc., to be used in the appeal. This would include:

(1) circuit court docket sheets;
(2) indictment or information on which the defendant was tried;
(3) defendant's arraignment or waiver thereof and plea;
(4) the fact of defendant's presence at the trial;
(5) the verdict;
(6) any motion for new trial or waiver thereof and plea or other after-trial motion;
(7) the court's rulings thereon;
(8) the fact that allocution was accorded defendant;
(9) the judgment and sentence;
(10) notice of appeal.

They might also include a transcript of her court proceedings.

No, later. I heard Ron arrived home at 3:24 am and Misty made the call at 3:27 am. On JVM, Art Harris said the official time of the 911 call was 3:26 am.

HARRIS: I can tell you that officially I believe the call came in at 3:26. But Misty had made calls to her mother and to others in the family before that. Then Ron pulls up.

Misty said she was trying to reach Ron on the phone when she woke up and found the door propped open and HaLeigh gone. Misty stated she ran into the master bedroom to get her phone and attempted to call Ronald several times but he refused to answer for some unknown reason. Misty did not say she called her mother and relatives before Ron appeared at the door at 3:24 am. AFAIK

Chelsea said she last saw Haleigh at the bus stop (although to my knowledge, she did not say whether it was 02/09). Would her children use the same bus stop as Haleigh? :waitasec:

I've seen reports that said Timmy had two daughters and the latest child is a son, but I thought it was the other way around - two sons and then a daughter. :banghead:

Two sons and a daughter. Austin is the oldest and close to Haleigh's age..The daughter is the youngest...JMHO

They have 3 children, two girls for sure. I did see Chelsea walking with Misty and a picture was shown of one of the girls. Looked to be about Haleigh's age.

Chelsea said on NG that she last saw Haleigh Feb 9, 2009 when Ron picked her up from the bus stop. (Yet, the parents at the bus stop said it was Misty who picked up Haleigh and she drove off in the van going the opposite direction. Some question that it was not Misty in the van that it was Chelsea, and I would believe that. That would of meant it was Chelsea who would of picked up Haleigh. But the bus stop parents did say it was Misty in the van complaining about some bad "chit" she had gotten, screamed/hit a little boy in the van and drove away the opposite direction of the MH on Green Ln.)

Tommy has 3 children, 2 boys and 1 girl. The oldest boy is Haleigh's age and attended kindergarten and rode the bus with her.
Timmy has 3 girls, at the time of Haleigh's disappearance none were old enough to be in school.

People usually don't sleep in diamond necklaces, so was she working that night? What type of work does she do? Was she at a party? If everything were on the up and up someone would come forth and report what they know about her whereabouts that night. Just sayin.....

I definitely need some help here. Tommy was sentenced to 15 years + 10 years probation + a fine (either $15,000 ot $50.000 depending where you read). Now his case (#000147 Putnam County) has been reopened and a hearing is set for 10-4 @ 3PM.
How did that happen? Is it common? Am I reading that right? Will it be the same judge?

I wonder if that was Jr. bed on the floor instead of Haleigh's mattress? If it could be determined that was the case, it puts suspicions on Ron, GGM, TN & anyone else who knew & didn't step-up to the plate to say, "Haleigh's mattress is missing," if it was.

We have never seen inside Jr's room so we don't know what type of bed he had. When TN took us inside HaLeigh's bedroom, her white bedframe was missing the mattress and judging by the size of the mattress on the floor of Ron's bedroom, it looks like the mattress would fit onto HaLeigh's bedframe. JMO
