The amber alert has haleigh listed as 6 years old


we have her listed here has 5

She is 5 or 6

The police report has her birthdate listed as 8/16/03. Or is it the 18th (not legible to me)? So she is five years old.

We do not know if she had a poly today. They may be simply asking her if she knows someone in Tenn with a Rav4

I don't have any answers, but where has Krystal (Crystal?), the mother.. and the grandmother been staying? Are they in town on location? I just know that they live about 90 minutes away from the crime scene and was curious.

Still sad and strange that Ronald is sleeping in a tent during all of this.

Ron had offers to stay with relatives but HE CHOSE to stay in a tent with Misty.

Thursday's interview with LE, there was an adult seen coming out of the building with her. Normally under age 18, they have an adult, but don't hold me to this one.

Hey Kat, in my state of Alabama...it is legal to question a minor child out of the presence of a parent, however, not if the child refuses. So, if you haven't had a conversation with your kids(I have I have 4 good ones!) you should and just for the safety of all of mine I have told them if any person ever tries to question them without me....refuse.
I would guess that Misti did not refuse to answer the questions from LE, she prolly wanted to seem/be helpful.

One news account mentioned that Crystal is staying in an RV next to a different tent than the one set up for Ron & Misty.

Probably the reason you've gotten no answer is because no one knows or has proof as to whether it's fact or not.

Please anyone, do we know for certain if and name of whomever it was cousin may have been traveling w from TN? Has that been confirmed to be Brandon or do we know any more about him? And have we learned by any chance in what or whose vehicle they made the trip from TN? I will go thru thread now and see whether I'm able to answer any of your's. TIA!!
