Does anybody remember how long it took police to release Mark's trailer after Jessica was taken?
Also today I was reading the transcripts from NG--the first night she had TN on the phone. In the transcripts it has TN stating that she's the one that picked up Haleigh from the bus stop. Could that be a typo or has anyone else heard that? I thought RC was supposed to be the one that picked her up

I want to read that transscript,because in RC's first interview in the yard,he said he picked her up and she gave him a big hug,etc.I just watched the video again today.:waitasec:

If it was mentioned, and proven, I haven't heard a peep about it. I find it very strange that Rons Mom said she picked up Haleigh, and then I hear Ron picked her up. hmmmmm CAN ANYONE PICK A STORY AND STICK TO IT??:waitasec:

No I think it was Haleigh's great grandma(TN's mom, RC's grandma) who says she went to drop off clothes around 7 pm, and that Haleigh and Jr were on the porch eating dinner.

Does anyone know why some articles/TV reporters mention that Ron was at home around 10 pm the night Haleigh went missing? They mentioned it again on Geraldo last night and that was the 4th or 5th time that I've heard/read it.

On RC's "rap sheet" most of the time the offense/charge number is listed and then an explanation of what that charge is follows. exp. 0893.13.6A Poss Contr Subst

Well there are 3 different charges on his rap sheet where there is NO explanation of what it is - just the number.

I have googled everything from just the number to Florida State Penal Code and I can't get anything.

The three are:

0499.03
0569.11.1
0322.16 (I think this might be a traffic viol)

I've been looking for the 0569.11.1 and the only thing that comes up on a google search is US - Websleuths - the post that contains RC's rap sheet with that number!!! lol

How can I find out what those charges/offenses are?

good ? I just went back and looked. the drinking one - 0569.11.1 he was 18 so yes he was underage for alcohol

the 0499.03 which is also drug possession he was 19 (I don't understand the description of this one)

Please anyone, do we know for certain if and name of whomever it was cousin may have been traveling w from TN? Has that been confirmed to be Brandon or do we know any more about him? And have we learned by any chance in what or whose vehicle they made the trip from TN? I will go thru thread now and see whether I'm able to answer any of your's. TIA!!

I read that a relative visited the home the evening that Haleigh went missing, and confirmed that Haleigh was there that evening. Do we know who that relative is?
