IF she did in fact state that, I betcha anything that it was stated AFTER the crime. Could be that she was just jumping on the RDI bandwagon.

And if JBR showed up every Monday looking dirty and being sick, don't you think that it would've been reported to CPS to look into? The nurse is legally obligated to report SUSPECTED abuse or neglect. I'm sure that was never ever done!! But then the crime happens and everyone thinks the Ramsey's are to blame, and then lo and behold the nurse starts talking.:liar:

Very well could've been 2 Patsy's, I don't know. All I DO know is that after a DECADE, no one has ever been able to link John or Patsy as being the perps.

I don't know if it was reported prior to her death. And all mandated reporters do not report. Think what you want...but they don't. I testified in senate hearings over that very subject.

I don't know what happened, but I am willing to look at all sides, and not call people liars (like your little ending on the nurse). That's the biggest problem I have with those that think the R's are innocent...they refuse to look at all sides. They didn't do it and that's that. Sorry, but unless you were there, you don't know. And I don't know. But there are many things that leave me shaking my head when it comes to the Ramsey's.

How many times have you seen on TV where they are dragging a guy out the door for some awful crime, and the next door neighbor says what a sweet guy he was. Took her to church every Sunday.

If the Ramsey's were involved, they were very fortunate to have to the Boulder Police muck up the crime scene.

Interesting comment here shows that Karr was talking to at least one other internet sleuth but on the Klass case not this one.

In 2001, Karr began e-mail correspondence with another amateur sleuth regarding Klaas killer Richard Allen Davis. Those e-mails raised concerns and resulted in a tip to the Sonoma County Sheriff's Department.

Here's a site that someone posted on WS. It has a lot of info. both against the Ramsey's and for an intruder. For me, I can't give the R's a pass because of many of the things listed on this site. But on the other hand, there are many things that do point to an intruder. Who knows...I just hope that they do find the killer (and I just don't think it's the guy that confessed), be it a Ramsey or an intruder.

I hope they do too, for justice for poor little JBR, she was a year older then my child is now and it breaks my heart to think of what happened to her, its horrific! I also have my doubts about this weird too.

Same here. I have kids and never did they not take a bath unless they were sick. Never. Geeze, there's nothing worse than a ripe kid...and even on the coldest day, they are a bit stinky.

well JB was old enuf to bath herself wasnt she- i dont mean without some care but she wasnt a baby as in diapers..I remmeber being in the bath with parents in the general area at 4 and 5..
I also never bathed every day as a child-to me thats something that came with the affluence of the times and those living in the city- we bathed on wed and sundays and we washed our faces and hands, and general body areas, (sponge bath i think its called), and teeth yada on the days in between.
We changed out of school clothes and put on our play clothes and unless we were into something dirty outside our parents did not have the time to bath 4 children every night or morning..as I got older and took more care of myself i went thru phases and ther was a phase where i showered too many times a day..there was a phase where my mother had to be onto me to be in the shower (around 8)..people have different habits..and I was a bed wetter-that didnt mean I bathed in the middle of the night
it meant I bathed in the morning.

She could have been playing a game at the White's and scratched a playmate and then pulled up her underwear with the same dirty fingernail.

The statistics the original poster cited don't mean anything in regards to this DNA. It could have been picked up anywhere...even the Asian factory worker. I believe someone tested an unopened package of underwear and found foreign DNA.

People have differeing opinions about what constitutes proper hygiene...some people believe that too much bathing dries out the skin.

As far as hygiene being related to beauty...I can't help but think of an anecdote a friend told me where one day he saw the most beautiful woman he had ever seen in his life...he was so drawn to her that he approached her to speak the her, and as he drew closer, he was turned off just as quickly because in his words "she smelled like a sewer". He still claims her to be the most strikingly beautiful woman he has ever seen, despite the smell.

I wonder if JonBenet may have had dry skin.My son had it,now my great grandson has it too.The Doctor forbid more than two baths a week,only his hands,face,and bottom are washed often.Of course if he plays in the dirt (six yr.old) we hose him down! LOL.Seriously the Dr. said the water is worse for his skin than the dirt! hard to adjust to.

I believe they didn't. The biggest problem (IMO), is the fact that the crime scene was so contaminated. The BPD screwed up big time that morning. Many other things, but at this point, I'm not going to bring them all up. That site lists many things. I think I am going to wait and see how this guy and his confession shakes out.

And politics also played a role in this case...Justice isn't for everyone.

But time will tell. I do hope this guy that confessed is telling the truth. It makes me ill to think that the last thing JonBenet saw was someone she knew. And maybe this guy will turn out to be the killer.

Wendy Hutchens, the Petaluma woman who swapped e-mail with Karr, is believed to be the confidential informant. She claims to have discussed JonBenet Ramsey with Karr before his arrest in 2001.

just because we think they are innocent doesnt mean we havent looked at all sides-it means we have looked at all sides and decided they are not guilty and that includes a grand jury and a judge etc.
please think about what u are saying-it could be the same for the guilties..to us we cant believe they are looking at the guilty version of the events alone.
But some and many people who think they are guilty arrived there after examining lots of info-they just rule on it in the guilty category..
Both sides can have looked at all the facts and arrived at 2 differnt conclusions..I mean investigators are doing the same.
its what free thinking permits or results in.
