Car found on bridge at 3 in the morning her phone and wallet inside. IF LE found the vehicle to be driveable (functional with gas in the tank), I'm afraid this might be self harm. Hopefully LE will have access to and release raw data/footage from the bridge that night.

There are photos of her in one of the missing persons posters showing her leavig a house, time around 1:30. She is wearing pajamas. Her Mom has a timeline of that evening but it's on social media and unverified so not linking.

This may be her FB (assuming she started it as a teen). Posts have been deleted or her account is set to "private". Log into Facebook

According to the Office of the Attorney General, Huang, 24, is a 5-foot-1-inch Asian woman with black hair and brown eyes, and has no history of illness or medication. She was last seen at her residence on March 31 around 6 p.m., wearing grey pajamas. At 1:21 a.m., the house camera footage showed her leaving the house and getting into her car.

According to dashcam footage, at 1:50 a.m., Huang pulled over on San Mateo Bridge, going toward Hayward, and paused for 10 seconds. She then continued down the bridge to San Lorenzo and then turned back to San Mateo. At 2:12 a.m., she pulled over, three minutes into the bridge back to San Mateo.

officers were informed that Huang’s vehicle was last observed unoccupied on the San Mateo Bridge westbound and towed by California Highway Patrol on 4/1/2025 at approximately 10:22 a.m.”

Her car was later found with the hazard lights left on and her phone in the passenger seat

Check the Ed Choi video on her, it gives glimpses of the video footage and shows where she stopped the car. I am not that sure about self harm.

Found it - thanks - confirms what I read from her mother about the time she left her home (where Mom was) then leaving in pajamas and slippers. Hopefully LE will release some of the bridge footage to her family even if the pubic can't view it. Her loved ones need to know.

I do hope too that LE will release some of the video to the family. I wonder why they don’t,but must have good reasons

San Francisco State University alum Qianya Huang, also known as Amy Huang, was identified on May 30, a month after her body was found.

According to the Instagram account @find_amy_huang, a primary source of updates throughout the search, a body was found on April 30. The Alameda County Coroner’s Bureau said that a researcher conducting a plant survey found the body at the Eden Landing Ecological Reserve in Union City. Due to decomposition and poor fingerprint quality, the body was not confirmed to be Huang until May 30. The investigation is ongoing and the details of how her body ended up at the site are unknown.

If she went into the water at or near the Toll Bridge Plaza either intentionally, or accidentally, she would be just north/northwest of where her body was found. Here's a map of the reserve area. An enlarged view is attached so you can better see where it is in relation to the Toll Bridge Plaza. Her mother has to be devastated, but I'm glad she was found. Relieved that her body is found. Feeling just crushed for her mother, family and her friends, who have been admirably devoted to this search consistently since that night. May we all be so fortunate.

Details surrounding how Huang's body reached Eden Landing Ecological Reserve remain unknown, and the investigation continues. The significant distance between the San Mateo Bridge and the discovery site, along with the timeline discrepancy, presents ongoing questions for law enforcement
