Not that I think it will solve the case, it just would be nice to have an answer to one question that has confused people.

Questions for Desiree:

Had you expressed any desire to change the custody arrangements and have Kyron live with you? Would this mean that Kaine would have to pay child support to you for Kyron?

Did you plan for Kyron to spend more time than usual with you during this summer vacation?

Why didn't Kaine drive Kyron to meet up with you. Did Terri leave Kaine to babysit their daughter when she did the driving?

Was Kyron always eager to go back to Kaine & Terri's home? Was Kyron openly promised "fun things" or treats waiting for him at Kaine's home? Do you think he was offered secret bribes by Terri to "prove to others" that he was happier living with Terri & Kaine instead of with you?
Did Terri appear to strive to be the "better" parent, and seeking praise for her efforts?

Since Terri's bio son no longer lived with Terri and Kaine, do you think that Kyron was resented by Terri?

What did Kyron do in the Kaine household now that there was only a toddler there? With Terri's son gone was Kyron expected to watch over his little sister and keep her out of harms way?

Did Kyron have any sort of routine in the Kaine household. Was he allowed unrestricted time watching tv, playing PC games, etc?

Was Kyron allowed to have friends visit, or could he visit friends in their home?

Was Kyron's smiling face part of Terri's photo efforts, or was he always smiling that great smile?

To Desiree - I can see the pain on your face and know that you are hurting. I want you
to know that I think of you and wish that there was some comfort I could offer you. This has got to be a mother's worst nightmare. I am a grandma and I worry a lot about my grandkids being safe from harm. Kyron has won the hearts of so many of us across the country. I hope that miracles still happen and that he is found safe. I wish you enough strength to see this through. You are an amazing courageous woman. Hugs to you, dear lady.

You've stated you believe Kyron is still alive. What should the public be on the lookout for? Do you believe Kyron's physical characteristics have been altered (hair color, etc.)? Do you believe he is in one location or is perhaps being transported?

Desiree, you said that the secretary said 'they' told her to call Kyron's emergency contact, who was you. Did the secretary say who 'they' were? The school? LE? Kaine and Terri?

BBM. An additional question based upon this: Was Kaine also listed as an "emergency contact" for Kyron when he was much closer to the school? In a medical emergency that required immediate treatment and/or transport to a hospital, a parent would need to be available quickly to authorize such treatment.

While I have no issues with the mother being informed stat regarding an emergency situation involving her child, Desiree was several hours away from where Kyron lived. If Kaine had been at his office when Kyron failed to appear at the bus stop as expected, would he have been contacted first?

You both express fairy positive knowledge that Kyron is alive. Why do you both think this? Is it because LE has shared with you that TH has failed the LDT when asked about whether or not Kyron is still alive (I don't want to put it the other way)?

Do you know which questions that TH has failed on the LDT?

Was it Terri's idea to move in with Kaine & Kyron, when Desiree was ill?

I'd like a reporter to ask if Kyron was spanked and if infractions of behavior resulted in swift and immediate punishment as part of the actively being worked with to listen and obey. For instance, if he acted up or complained at the science thing would Terri have immediately made him leave and miss the tour until 10am class starting time. I'd also ask if the frustrations, mood swings, and emotions of PPD of not an "overly violent" nature were ever directed at Kyron. Was Kyron ever punished for losing or breaking his glasses or were his glasses ever withheld from him as punishment around the home. Was he ever punished for accidentally waking the baby in the mornings. Was Terri in total charge of his education, medical, and punishments?

Kaine has said the data convinces him Terri's involved. The "data" released to the public is that she was at Skyline at 8:45, and at the store, with baby K, and without Kyron, in a vehicle without a trunk, at 9:12. Has he been given data the public is not aware of?

And to the police: Initially, they said not to worry; it was an isolated incident. School is about to start again. Evidence released makes it look like they may have been on the wrong path. Is there additional evidence they can release, to make parents confident that this was an isolated incident?

How many people do they think were involved (if any)?

To TH's Parents: Does TH's actions seem odd/out of character to you? Was she reacting normally for her when Kyron went missing?

What was Terri's demeanor when she entered the gym on June 4? Where did she spend her time? IMHO, this may be the most telling evidence of all, as it follows her accounted for but unverifiable activities that day.

If she was crying, dirty, sobbing, and went straight to the showers and didn't work out, well...that's damning, IMHO. If she was the same as any other day, completed a workout, and went home, well, that's also very telling, IMHO.
