Did the last ping happen at 3:20am or did they continue to ping and then stop some time after?

If it is correct or not, I don't know, RR stated on the radio show last night that the only "working" phone was the plain jane of Debbie's., and it did NOT have internet access. I thought that was pretty interesting.
