Questions that you would still like answered.....

If it is correct or not, I don't know, RR stated on the radio show last night that the only "working" phone was the plain jane of Debbie's., and it did NOT have internet access. I thought that was pretty interesting.

Is that what he said? I'll have to listen again. Why wouldn't Jeremy's phone work - I assume by not working he meant inoperable?

BBM.. That was my impression.
I don't think we've ever heard before that Jeremy's phone wasn't working.
Why I found this very interesting.

SY said that they were looking for something there now that wasn't there before at one point... did we ever find out what this thing was? if not-- what is the thing???

The whole reason I finally joined ws in Nov (lurked for years) was because of this case, and most specifically to ask one question, which has never really been addressed as a big concern, and I still don't know the answer to.... Has the Watson's house been forensically cleared? To me, their house is where the timeline takes a big pause. If we put their house in as a stopping place for the mystery man, than to me, the timeline works. (Maybe even the scene of the crime????) For one, it's within 1/3 mile of the Irwin's house. The dumpster is behind it. According to eyewitnesses, the mystery man went up toward their house at 12:15a, then the dumpster fire is 2 hrs later. If the 12:15a sighting and the dumpster fire are linked, and I think they are, then where does he go for 2 hours? I think possibly the Watson's house. With all these characters and their talent for breaking into homes, I don't see this as far fetched, but quite plausible. Especially since JT, and possibly others, had knowledge of the W's being out of town, he was seen their earlier in the day doing his handiwork, someone (probably JT) turned the sprinkler off that night. So, in the area the night BL goes missing, during the crucial window of time, etc....

Also, do we know anything about the call history on MW's "community phone?" Is it consistent with MW's claim that it was, in fact, a community phone? I'm not willing to take any of their word on it... Does the call history suggest who used the phone more than others? Etc... The answer to the MW phone call mystery might hold the answer to where baby Lisa is, imo.

If it were my daughter that was missing, and I thought there was even the slightest chance that MW and gang might have info on the whereabouts of my baby (or the cell phones for that matter), I would be camped out in their front yard until I got some answers! Or at least put BS on it...... Reports say DB and JI's missing phones pinged within 1/3 of a mile of their house, could the phone's have been at the MW communal home? I know it's a little more than 1/3 mile, but I'm not sure how the cell phone towers triangulate or whatever....

Welcome!

Question, do you have a theory as to why Jersey and all these shady characters would go into a home with a dog and cars in the driveway to steal a baby and three cell phones?

I think that no matter what happened to BL, DB is involved. But, IF the eyewitnesses accounts are correct, and the dumpster fire is related, then I can't ignore the possibility that the Watson' s may be a part of the story. And if that's the case, I think DB had some involvement with JT and shady characters that night... I think something happened there that night, idk what, but it ended in the death of BL.... and DB covered it up, maybe with the help of others. The reason I want to know if the Watson's has been checked is to rule out that possibility. I just can't get passed it, if the events of the timeline are accurate. It would be much easier for me if they were inaccurate....

Btw, I'm not married to that theory by any means, I think there are many more plausible explanations. Accidental overdose? Something negligent and DB panicked? Etc.... But, if the eyewitness account at 12:15a is correct and the mystery man had BL, then my theory involves the Watson house. And because I think DB is lying through her teeth about being drunk, I don't think she was passed out and someone came in and took her. It's such a complicated case, sooo many more questions than answers for me!

Is the Watson house a vacant house? I'm not familiar. I also wondered about a drug deal - owing money - that kind of shady.

What kind of work was JI doing at Starbucks?

Was the power ever cut off at any point during that job? It seems to me, if he was doing electrical work, it would have been?
I want to know WHICH Starbucks it was, and what their camera set up is.

Does JI have experience working with security systems?

BBM: Having done a lot of electrical repairs, rewiring, etc., I can assure you that only the circuit being repaired needs to be turned off. If you are adding a new circuit the breaker is ually installed after the wiring, thus, no power is supplied to the new wiring until it is completed. Electricians also use what is known as lock-outs so circuits can't be accidently turned on by someone while you are working on that circuit.

from rr's thread:

I believe they couldnt afford the divorce. She indicated she may be taking that step soon. We joked about me serving her husband the summons.

so now they have the money... interesting.

or would the benefactor be paying for this too?

Why does the cover of 10/31/11 People Magazine feature a 4 / 5 month old Lisa yet page 48 of same magazine shows a 9 / 10 month old Lisa standing at the door photo?

Page 49 of that magazine - "And because they hadn't paid their cell phone bill and their service had been restricted, Irwin wasn't able to let Bradley know when he'd be home." ---

Page 47 - Nothing seemed normal to Jeremy Irwin when he came home from work at 3:45pm on Oct 4th. For one thing, he says, the front door to his single story home, three bedroom home in Kansas City, MO., was unlocked. Several lights were still on. A window in the front was open, and a screen pushed in.

His fiancee Debbie Bradley, 25, and their two boys ~I'm omitting the minor boys ages and names for their privacy~ were asleep. But then Irwin, checked in on their 10 month old daughter Lisa, who liked sleeping with a stuffed Barney tucked in her crib. "I turned the light on in her room, and I found that she wasn't there," says Irwin, 29.

Page 48/49 - The couple sat down with PEOPLE to talk about the case and re - create the events of the strange night their baby seemed to vanish into thin air.

Page 49/50 - And she admits she forgot to close the window in the computer room, which she believes is the likely entry point for an intruder, and, "that's something I have to live with."

Directly after that line on pg 50 - When Irwin came home, he checked on his sons and saw ~ minor child name omitted for his privacy~ was not in his bottom bunk. He found him snuggling Bradley in the master bedroom (he'd had a nightmare, Bradley says, and she let him sleep with her).

"Then I see a cat on the bed," says Irwin, "and we don't have a cat." Bradley woke up and explained she'd taken in a stray kitten she'd found outside.

Still, Irwin was unnerved. "I said. 'What the hell's going on around here? The front door is unlocked, the window's open and the screen is popped out.' " That's when Bradley, he says, shot up in bed alarmed. Irwin rushed down the hallway to look in on Lisa. Her stuffed Barney was still in the crib, and her bottle was on the floor. But Lisa was gone. "We're running in circles, literally running into each other, looking for her," says Bradley. "I mean it's a complete panic." Irwin called 911 on a work phone he borrowed ----

Page 47- JI sees DB & sons asleep, found Lisa missing, doesn't mentioning waking up DB. Yet page 50, JI asking DB what is going on, then finds Lisa missing? ---

Which is correct?

BBM, who does that? who turns on the lights in a bedroom to check on their sleeping children?

Someone in a panic. I don't find that hinky at all.

I never read that People article. This is the first I heard about the bottle being on the floor. Somehow I find that relevant. Anyone else?

Something that is hinky is the boy(s) sleeping with Deb because that is a story that has changed either by her or the media. I have heard that she told both boys they could sleep with her, and that tells me they were both awake before she went to bed. It was reported that one boy returned to his own bed sometime during the night. Now in this people article I am reading (and I believe it is a quote) that Deb says she brought the youngest boy in her bed because he had a bad dream. Does that mean she went to bed and later brought him in the bed?

The reason I thought it was interesting is b/c he turned on the light to check on her. Not b/c he thought something was amiss. If DB was known to be drunk & sloppy & leave lights on, then him coming home the house would have been "normal". Why turn on the lights to a child's room to check on them? If he was in a panic and already knew/realized Lisa was missing, then it makes sense to turn on the lights, but not if he was just casually checking on the kids like it seems he was.

Is the Watson house a vacant house? I'm not familiar. I also wondered about a drug deal - owing money - that kind of shady.

Sorry, I probably should've explained which house that was... The Watson's house is the house a few doors down from the 1st eyewitness account (at 12:15a)... the husband saw the "mystery man" and baby walk into their yard, up toward their house. It's the same house that le took castings of footprints, and we saw many reporters, Jim Spellman, Mike Brooks, walk through their backyard to show how close the house was to the dumpster. The Watson's own the home, but were out of town. They hired JT to do work around their house from time to time. He was seen doing work for them that very day... With JT's talent for breaking and entering, and squatting, I can't help but wonder...??? Drugs being a part of this story has crossed my mind often... many different ways that can go, especially with le being so tight lipped about the investigation. But, I'm definitely not convinced, as DB claims, that she doesn't have any idea who all these shady folks are??? That brings me to another question that I'm not sure has been answered, was the rumor about DB having MW's phone number written on her hand ever confirmed? Or was that just a le tactic used to get MW to talk?

I would like to know who RR's source is for saying that SB & ML were having an affair. Without that alleged affair, would JB have been considered a suspect at all? Was it someone trying to throw the suspicion off of themselves? Was it someone trying to throw the suspicion off of DB & JI?

The source would be interesting to know. Would of still considered JB as suspect though.

It would be interesting to know. But I'm pretty sure Ron is not going to tell us. ;)
I'm assuming that JB was initially looked at by LE for a couple reasons: a) SB hanging with DB that night and b) it was that very day that he moved out of the home. I am not sure this alleged affair has anything to do with anything. How would SB and ML be having an affair anyways? Did he come to MO a lot in the days/weeks before Lisa went missing and that is how he met her? I mean, it's obviously possible, but strange.

I wasn't asking Ron to tell us. It's just on my list of questions I'd like answered. I don't think anyone is really expecting someone with knowledge to come in and answer the questions in this thread.

If there was no affair, then what would JB's motive be? That's what everyone keeps coming back to, he blamed DB for his failed marriage and was taking it out on her child. If there is no affair to blame DB for, then he needs another motive.

The theory we were bantering around about JB blaming DB for his marriage problems would NOT have to have anything to do with ML. If he thought DB was encouraging SB to leave him, disparaging him, possibly even "fixing up" SB with other guys, etc., things of that nature, this would possibly enrage him. I am not sure anyone ever directly connected this theory with ML. Maybe someone did, but I think he could have been pissed at DB just in general for what he perceived as her "meddling". Wouldn't have to involve ML at all.
