Heyya Cottonstar

The photo?
is the handwriting on the envelope, the focus ?
even with 1000% mag it's difficult to see.

Notice I didn't say told, I said hearing his parents. PR was scooting around his room saying 'where's my baby?' then there was a dramatic 911 call, then police came to the front door right below his bedroom, followed by the troupe of friends, a pastor and victim support workers. He likely even heard French asking if they were sure she didn't run away. He described to Dan Schuler wondering about what could be missing and his thoughts about a kidnapping 'how likely is that?'. He would have had to be deaf to not know JBR was missing before 7am.

I don't know what time Patterson spoke to him but it doesn't make any difference what stage that day he said JBR was probably hiding. It takes a twist to think he meant hidden, as in dead, and not hiding, as in living.

What did you find? Is easily interpreted as him hearing PR tell the 911 operator there was a ransom note.

But you only see it when taking off the BDI goggles.

T,
No where in BR’s first interview that took place Jan 8 1997, does he state that his mother came in his room going “psycho”. In fact, the narrative was at that stage, that BR was in his room sleeping. Sound asleep. It wasn’t until 18 months later in his interview with Detective Schuler, that he busted out his mom coming in his room that morning. To me, that’s careful and planted coaching. Kinda like, 18 months later JR revealed that he saw a strange car from JAR bedroom that he was looking at with his binoculars.

In all of Patsy’s interviews with police she says specifically she never went to Burke’s room that morning at all.

Again, In Patsy's official interviews with police she states herself that she never went and checked on Burke that morning.

HANEY: Okay. Do you ever go up and check on Burke, you yourself?

PATSY: Oh, yeah. I mean, you mean like that or-

HANEY: This morning, the 26th. Let's get you back there. We are still pacing around?

PATSY: Right. I don't think I did.

PATSY: But I remember he, you know, I think he ran and checked on him and, and he told me he was okay or whatever.

TT: Okay. Was Burke still in the same bed? He hadn't moved beds or anything like that?

PR: I don't know. I didn't go in there and look...

Cottonstar,

BBM: Really, so why would Burke suggest otherwise :

Dr Phil Show - Burke Ramsey Interview
The first thing I remember is my mom bursting in my room really frantic, saying, like, 'Oh my gosh, oh my gosh, oh my gosh,' running around my room, looking for JonBenét, I remember her saying, 'Where's my baby? Where's my baby?'

…

The next thing I remember is a police officer coming to my room and shining a flashlight.

I told the guy, I was like, 'Uh, she's probably hiding somewhere. Did you check the whole house? … Maybe she's outside, he recounted.

Later that day, John confirmed his daughter's death to his son.

"My dad just said, 'She's in heaven now,'" Burke explained. "I started crying. I don't think I said anything. I didn't believe it at first."

BR is saying his Mom was in his room looking for JonBenet along with a policeman using a flashlight, and that he told the policeman Jonbenet would be hiding out somewhere.

The latter version of events is in line with those who think BR just awoke to a homicide and that he has been unfairly accused.

Maybe she didn't. But he would have heard all the rest.

I tend to think she probably did though. He gave what appeared to be a memory-based account of his thoughts and feelings, and I think liars are prone to stumbling over details, not knowing that they will be asked about details like feelings.

I believe PR seriously got her knickers in a twist that morning when she gave her first version to police;

she
a/ checked in on JBR first thing on her way down
b/ continued on down the spiral stairs
c/ found the note
d/ 'bounded' back up the spiral stairs
e/ hollered for JR.

Now it seems quite obvious to me that she didn't do b/, c/, or d/. She didn't need to go down to find the note because there was no one there to see her do it and make it worth her while, the note was probably already laid out on the floor sans fingerprints during the night.

I surmise she pushed open JBR's door, shouted to JR and then continued her "psycho" charade of 'where's my baby' as she flew in and out of BR's room, desperate to get on and make her 911 call.

But whether she had continued on down the stairs or checked BR's room in the manner she did would have raised questions -

1/ why go about her business to make coffee if JBR was missing from her bed?
2/ if she went to BR's room straight after finding the note what thought process made her disbelieve the note and still look in BR's room but nowhere else, like the living room?
3/ if she went to BR's room before finding the note why was she behaving as if she already knew JBR had been kidnapped?

If she'd thought about it, before finding the note she would have looked in JBR's room then calmly gone to BR's room expecting to find JBR there and when she didn't, calling out JBR's name and starting to look for her, building up to a search of downstairs and then finding the note.

It's rather like JR saying he read to JBR and then months later saying he said he read to himself. PR distanced herself from her OTT search of BR's room, checking JBR's room became checking for stains on JBR's red jumpsuit in the laundry area. So she locked herself into a story of flying up and down the spiral staircase, not remembering who did what who touched what or who went where (a classic). IMO.

The funny thing about the story of BR brushing his teeth and going to bed is, that it’s just a story.

If he brushed his teeth and just went to bed, then why are there two empty cans of coke laying in his bathroom sink over the drain?

We don't know if they were there the night before, we don't know if FW used the bathroom or went in there and emptied the coke cans while BR was getting dressed.

Wow. Ya, an adult would just leave them in there like that.

Ya, that happens when you lie. You can’t keep your stories straight.

I agree that the ransom note was never on the stairs.

I don't think a kid would think of draining them, unless asked to. It's irrelevant since nobody can say what time they were put there.

Let me put it to you this way. BR didn’t go to bed that night.

Ah, ok, well I'm sorry to break it to you but you've picked the wrong person to indoctrinate.

What makes you think I'd accept a theory backed up by no evidence? :D

Cottonstar,
You might be right, then those that believe what BR is saying might be right too, but both camps cannot be correct. Since Patsy contradicts BR's version of events.

We have been here before, e.g. Burke slept all night and never left his room, except the R's then reveal actually that's his voice on the 911 call, and he was awake, yikes !

Those that think BR is telling the truth have to demonstrate why Patsy says she never visited BR's room, and find a statement from the Policeman with the Flashlight corroborating what BR is saying, otherwise BR might be making it all up, since he knows full well Patsy cannot defend herself from beyond the grave.

It is not that crazy idea.

There are people who believe Patsy never slept that night. I was rather thinking she does the bed to "unstress" herself.

Using my v2:

Patsy hearing Burke after midnight could think of "staging" her bed to be able to say that she was down with him playing his toy... but she forgot about this earlier.

In a later interview of Patsy, she said something about hearing Burke in the middle of the night. Keeping to the reader which night she was thinking of.

[edit] I use a little different understanding of the intelligence. It is more based on trust than "perceptions of the brain". You should know this one. Hmm... You should know that she won a talent show. Whatever it means in reality.

Evidence?

Ok, so we have coke cans in his sink. We have BR staying up and JR trying to get him off to bed. We have BR getting up after everyone was “kinda in bed” and playing with a toy while everyone was asleep. We have BR fingerprints on the bowl of pineapple and tea glass. The same bowl that his sister ate a piece of pineapple from. You have a nexus created between brother and sister, up after hours, close to the timeframe of JB death. So, somehow there is nothing to suggest that BR was not only involved with what happened, but was part of the cover-up(in some part)from the get go?

BR go to your room and don’t come out until I come get you.....

That’s not indoctrination, that’s realization.
