Well, I've lost every shred of confidence in the CBS documentary.

Clemente and Laura Richards are on their podcast claiming the west memphis 3 child murderers are innocent, which is outlandish. They're spewing the hollywood lies pretty much verbatim, claiming jessie miskelly has an airtight alibi which has been thoroughly debunked.

Also referencing his "confession" with quotes around it, saying the police told him everything to say. So far no mention of the other 6 or so confessions, including after conviction.

As much as I am RDI and as much as I despise the Rs, I now hope Burke bankrupts Clemente and Richards for eternity.

I'll never look at the CBS docu or any of those involved with it the same way again.

i cant really wrap my head around even here at websleuths the wm3 support train.
it upsets me to the point of I cant even participate with it.
and I too am extremely disappointed with clemente and Richards take on all of that and it affects my opinion on what they came to the conclusion now with JBR case

The most recent happening was the Dr. Phil interview of JR and BR with attorney Lin Wood present for JR's interview.

The investigators in the CBS documentary suggested that more DNA tests could be done of items such as the inner areas of the knot of the cord and the flashlight but we are not aware of those tests being done or even being considered by BPD.

I believe that an arm hair was found on the blanket and it was not sourced to the family.

The Boulder, Colo. district attorney offered some more insight into the announcement he made this week that prosecutors are looking into using new testing technology to review DNA evidence in the unsolved 1996 murder of 6-year-old JonBenet Ramsey.
“DNA is an area of forensic science that is really changing month-to-month and as a result when you had test that was done five years ago, 10 years ago, 20 years ago, you want to make sure that you’re checking back in and using the latest techniques on the things that are tested,” DA Stan Garnett told ABC’s Denver affiliate KMGH/7News.

That was one of the early theories, AlGx. Specifically, it holds that Patsy murdered JonBenet for the same reason the Queen wanted Snow White dead: because JonBenet was eclipsing her beauty and she was no longer "fairest in the land."

As The Donald might say: Its Fake News. JonBenet continues to sell, even little details like wearing a similar necklace, despite Patsy saying it was given early to JonBenet.

So its probably nothing, unless your IDI, so have something to hang your hat on.

His hands are weird. Look at all the videos and photos, he was all knuckles and he nervously fidgets and flicks his fingers. Overbearing parents, fidgety fingers. JMHO.
