Jose can't, but hypothetically Casey could were she to testify. Don't think that is going to happen. Evidence would also be helpful as there will be plenty to support the that Casey is an accomplished and unrelenting liar.

It's proof of that old wisdom, the more a person lies, the messier and more complicated it gets. If they try and go with a key theory, what a farce in the courtroom that will be that they can't produce "Zanny" who "had" a key. I just get this visual of JB and KC having a sit down to float defense theories, and OOPS! Brick wall there. Another one there. She can't get out of the maze of lies she constructed for herself.

I simply thought it was not possible for Jose to stand up mid trial and point the finger at, Shirley let's say (only because she would be the most unlikely & absurd person to accuse) and say 'she did it', sit back down and then claim to have stated his case with nothing to back it up.

Other than CA,GA and Casey, the only people that I remember spoken of that ever "babysat" Caylee were 1)the Grunds-at their home, 2) Holly-the friend/neighbor and probably at her home and 3) Christina-most likely at her place as well.
I don't ever remember it being mentioned that a babysitter took care of Caylee in the A home while they were at work.

The only two other people I want JB&crew to point their fingers at are CA/GA.

And to save JB&crew time, money and frustration he should read our SODDI thread and maybe just maybe it will begin to sink in that other than CA/GA no one else is available to fit into the nanny suit. Oh and hang all that gold and those buttons on the nanny suit that both CA/GA wear constantly.

Miss Peacock was given a key, though everybody, but KC, forgot about that.

Oh dear, poor CA would have a :rage: of fits :curses: if she found out that ANYONE invaded the A compound without express written in blood permission.

Even with KC stealing carp from the compound, I can again bet my last dollar in the bank, she knew exactly what was missing and when. She probably had an inventory list written on the inside of a cabinet of what staple foods, cleaners and assorted household personal items purchased she had in the compound. Carp, I can see CA rationing out TP to GA. :floorlaugh: She is every bit compulsive as she is a liar.

I don't think anyone else is responsible for the black trash bags.
HOLLYS G-MOM was pointing out that there could be others that could have had a key to the Anthony's home,like a neighbor.They would have had access to the trash bags. It occured to me that former babysitters might have keys and JB would point that out.After all ,KC said Zanny had a key,so maybe Holly had one,too.Hypothetically speaking.

And still even IF they are the exact same items from the A's home, there are more people with access to these items then just KC. GA, CA, LA, and anyone with a secret set of keys. Neighbors who may have had keys for trips or emergancies, any key left outside like a fake rock key holder. Ect
ALL of these were taken into account during the JBR investigation. You can believe JB will also be using it to create reasonable doubt.
