TY hopper, that is my assesment as well. I posted this a few days back but nobody seemed to think I was on to something.

The note referencing being in control, IMO shows it was written and concieved of by someone who deeply resented a loss of control or a challenge to control.

Now from ALL appearances and according to most folks impressions here - AB was rather passive and not once has been described as controlling. EB on the other hand, was described as such by the boss, and by many close associates and family members.

This tells me, she alone authored that note, and was NOT put up to it by AB as she implies in her poor me missives to "damien".

I am glad to know I am not the only one who sees it this way.

I don't see anything that says AB isn't a resentful person too. I think it is very possible he resented having to work for not that much pay. Just because he appears to be passive in public doesn't mean he has a different behavior around certain people. BB said AB made the threats and he was the one driving an running them off the road. I have never been considered most folks, so I think AB to be a wolf in sheeps clothing. jmo

I gotcha. And that's exactly what I've been starting to think too. I think maybe the note WAS meant to be found, but perhaps EB didn't mean for it to be found.

agreed, you may be entirely correct in that AB may be a resentful person. I am basing my opinion on what little we do know of his personality and the considerable amount we know about hers. This theory is of course subject to change with new facts or information upon which to base it.

Anyway, I can't see LE bothering at all at this point about whether or not the fire was arson. It didn't damage anyone's property and they have way bigger fish to fry. Don't think the property owner is pushing for anyone to be charged with arson.

Wouldn't it have been easier to just say they went to the store for an hour and left her home to complete her home schooling homework and when they came back she was gone. Why such an elaborate plan? Who was it really trying to fool?

No, I think they hatched the kidnapping scheme as a way to explain why Zahra is suddenly just gone. I think perhaps they both talked about the kidnapping plan, EB even writing the note, but then EB chickened out. And then perhaps AB panicked and set the fire and put the note on the Tahoe without EB knowing he did it.

Just a theory, and it's still a work in progress.

I have no idea, lol. This is a puzzle within a quandry locked inside an enigma. Either that or we just cannot get our minds to conjure up the convoluted thinking of this particular breed of [person of questionable inteligence].

Well, that's a good question. If the fire was never part of the plan, but rather something one of them just came up with on the fly...and if there was a way to implicate the other person in the process...

How many of you have dealt with a meth head? How many of you have seen what a meth head is like? How many of you have had a child who is a 4.0 student and gets married and then gets hooked on meth? have you seen a person who is on thier way to a bachelors degree, married with a couple of kids , has a wonderful life to look forward to and then gets sucked into the drug life? I had absolutley no intention of sharing this story. My son is doing his last 8 months of a 5 yr sentence. Meth is the devil incarnated. My son on meth is not the child I raised. When hes on the carp he does things that arent him. Its not him I see its the drug. I have seen what the after affects are of meth and Oxycodone. My son will never be the same. If AB was doing meth or oxy he wasnt during the times he was on TV,in my opinion. Was EB ??? Id say probabley. Her outbursts during her arrest, Her weight loss and screwed up way of thinking. Id say she well could be a meth or oxy addict. JMO

It's nice to hear that he'll be out soon and he can look forward to a new life ahead of him. He has a bright future ahead of him even if it looks a different than he thought it would. I wish him all the luck in the world.

I have a hard time considering Im the one who sent my child to jail. I went to his rented storage place to get his kids winter clothes out and found the meth lab. I had the option of looking the other way but that wasnt fair to my grand children.
My son may never forgive me but with help I hope some day he will understand that I was trying to do good. His kids are happy and healthy and oh so loved by me and thier mother. My son thought they needed the material things.
My son worked 75 to 80 hours a week. I thought he was just being a good father trying to suport his family. After I found what I did I realized he was robbing his kids of a father. His wife and kids are poor of the extras in life now but rich in love and family values.
People on drugs arent always people who want to steal from thier neighbors. Many are people who want to do the best they know how and the drugs give them the energy to go that extra mile.
I dont think everyone on drugs are trying to do good. I do think there is an exception to every rule. I do think drugs make you think different than you normally would. Some try to be over achievers, Some turn to pure evil. Im the lucky one! I caught and stopped my son before the drugs made him hateful! JMO
