The murder of the jogger was June 9th. KC is telling LE at this moment in time that this was the last day she saw Caylee and LE already knows that KC hasn't been around the house for a month. BUT, KC tells them that the murder of the jogger caused her mother not to let her jog there, for the longest time. WTF?

At this point in the interview she has already been confronted with her lies and has admitted that everything she said to them (except for ZFG) was a lie, then tells them that she went to Valencia College for 1 1/2 years! There is no end to her lying. Plus she is stupid. Her lies are stupid.

Excellent points! JBP- great catch. We had discussed it as possibly setting up the story that maybe that's where Caylee was abducted. Sure enough, according to LP, she did just that. Unfortunately, she just gave way too much (contradictory) information. This has been a major problem throughout. Rambling, whether it's by Casey or any of the As has called WAY too much attention to what they're saying. Major red flags IMO. She also said ZFG went to U of F. This info can be so easily confirmed it's laughable.

I love Le & FBI!!! As I have posted from the beginning of the case, to sit back and watch the quiet, confidence of LE prevail. OK! now it is time for them to quit being so perfect and just bust out all of their feelings concerning criminal KC. We posters seem to come up with all kinds of answers as to the why and how, after we see a video of any A's. Notice how it is so difficult to read what all Le are thinking. The public has witnessed LE contained frustration. I wonder if some law enforcement see therapist during a criminal case? This must be so difficult for LE to contain these feelings. Instead of people sending money to KC account send words of stengh & encouragement to LE. It doesn't caust a thing but a stamp, and would be appreciated so much.

My rant has to do with some of the legal experts that have been on NG, Fox and Jane Velez shows. It makes me sick to hear them state that Caylee's was possibly a "soft death", meaning that if she was OD'd on Xanax or chloroform, she did not suffer, so the killing is less heinous. Not sure I agree with that.
If the cause of death was OD with either of the above drugs (or a mix of both), how could anyone determine if she suffered or not? She could have been very dizzy, nauseated, anxious or frightened as a result of the drugs. Possibly, if she had been chloroformed before, she knew what to expect, and resisted, only to have a smelly rag forceably held to her face by her own mother!
This is so awful to think about or even to type and I do not mean to upset anyone, but I just really cannot understand the concept.

PS Don't have a link to these statements: it was something I heard on several channels on different shows. (God, that almost sounds like a KC statement!

I can't emotionally stand this whole case anymore. IMO, now that the little body has been positively identified as Caylee with duct tape around the skull...something ain't clean in the milk here! It's painfully obvious to me that this little baby was not regarded very highly for other than keeping up cutesy appearances...to wait a full month before reporting a 2-year old missing? That's ridiculous. As days go by I'm more convinced that KC needs to tell what's *really* going on before it's too late and her fate is in the hands of 12 people who, in all likelihood, don't take too kindly to women who let their kids fall by the wayside.

I got so accustomed to the document dumps that I need a 'fix'! Does anyone know if there may be another document dump soon? I understand that the SA had 2 weeks to turn over crime scene pics and evidence documents to the defense. I know that we would not get to see any pics other than what we have seen, but would we get reports and a list of what else was found at the site where Caylee's remains were located?

Can the media ask for the documents and reports?

I am not from Florida and did not know when the newspapers/media could request the latest documents. Maybe we will see a document dump after New Years when the holidays are officially over.

I just wonder what Baez has gotten. He has been so quiet lately - unlike him, IMO.

I, too, would like to know if Cindy and George went in for their second interviews with the FBI.

Kimberley G, on GR/Fox last night, a defense atty stated that there is a pattern, of those convicted of 1st degree murder that do exhibit "depraved behavior" after they commit the crime.
