I know what you mean. I had dream about Caylee being in a plastic bag inside of a duffle bag then in the water. Then I had a dream of KC using a shovel to dig stones/rocks?? out of the ground to put in the bag. It was so sad.

the whole country knows and sees the clues including her family

im not perfect by any means, but i never throw my own family

I have felt she used a duffel bag or a large backpack because you can carry a lot of weight in those. Of course Caylee only weighed 38 lbs and I carry my grandson around all the time and he weighs 44 lbs. It is not that hard because I pick him up asleep and put him in bed up two flights of stairs.

I am sure she is in better shape than I am, but it would have been easier with a very large backpack or duffel bag.

it is very chilling to think that she COULD walk around with her own daughter's decomposing body in a bag on her back or shoulder to hide it.....If this scenario is true, I hope she has nightmares for every night she's alive.

I also found humorous how she looked nervous and then cocky, a little bit of paranoia thrown in, to mix it up. What a trip is right.

However, the "innocent until proven guilty" does not apply to restrict individuals not involved in the criminal justice process from forming their own opinions. The Constitution does not make it unlawful for people to form opinions that she is guilty now; prior to the prosecution and JB presenting their cases in court. :innocent::devil:

Thanks, Themis! My opinion is that Casey is guilty. I wish they would charge her today and lock her back up. Nothing would make me happier! This girl needs to be behind bars and seeing life as it really is instead of sitting at home with all of her needs met by mummy n daddy. They need to be replaced with the deputies only giving her the basics to survive. We could also throw in a piece of paper and a pen for her tho...anytime she wants to confess to where she put Caylee besides the trunk of her car.

I guess my rant is that I'm getting tired of going to threads for discussion, and seeing them all deteriorate some how or another to an dead or alive thread. Regardless of the topic, that's where they all go! :crazy:

I think Caylee is dead. Most of the time, if it seems like the post is headed in the direction of she is alive, I just skim/skip over it. I personally feel a lot of this is the natural ebb and flow of conversation, and don't want to be regulated out of being able to comment at all.

I totally agree with you. Guardianship is the only route I've seen in the health insurance realm. Now that said, some self-funded plans can be more liberal with their benefits and definitions of "dependents". Not sure if CA medical coverage falls under this type of plan. If so, Caylee could have been covered as a dependent as long as she met their plan's definition.

(well, that's enough outta me!)

That was my experience as well. I had my nephew living with me for close to 2 years, because his idiot mother (my sister) was in jail. As there was no formal custody arrangement, or any sort of paperwork granting me custody via the Family Court in Florida, I could not put him on my insurance, and had to pay out of pocket for all his medical expenses, which were significant, as again, his "Mother of the Year" failed to keep regular well child doctor visits, or obtain/maintain immunizations, much less provide any dental care. That being said, I had no issue putting him on my taxes as a dependant, because I could more than prove that I had provided for him.

it has been very very quiet at Casa Anthony lately....the last thing i read about interaction was Cindy going outside with her trash and swearing at the people who wanted to take it...this was sometime last week.

maybe they are finally at a loss for words after viewing the video.

notice that there is NO VIDEO of CAYLEE anywhere....just false leads and innuendo.

Ya know how everyone is acting like silly Casey bringing the detectives to Universal was not clever? I think she was being clever. She had to get out of the police station and dump something- like a phone or some kind of incriminating evidence she had on her body/purse.

I think the chloroform search was in relation to making hash brownies or drug related.

How come no one mentions her $400 phone bills? How did she pay them but had to steal 2 gallons of gas? Did George ever say if he got them back empty or full?

How come no one talks about the 23rd and that long ridculous tale she spun for her mother? Why did she apologize to her mother? Did she miss an appointment or something?

Casey made it clear that her Zanaida was Fernandez-hyphen-Gonzalez. Why isn't Zanaida suing the police and media for throwing her name around without the hyphen?
