No, the Magnolia Street address is not where Tommy lived.... Tommy lived on Tyler around the corner from 202 Green Lane where Ron was living..
The Magnolia Street address is where Hank Sr. and Lisa Croslin were residing when Haleigh disappeared..Hank Sr was in the hospital at the time of the incident and it has been revealed Misty was staying at her parent's residence.JMHO

IMHO..RC never trusted Cobra..And Ronald Cummings didn't feed Cobra anything but alot of BS starting with that reinactment that never took place...And IMHO Cobra knew it was BS..And I suspect Cobra was run out of town because Cobra has a big mouth and LE certainly didn't want anyone investigating what was really going on down there within LE ..BTW.. I'm not Cobra's #1 fan but I do believe TN was trying to get him killed...JMHO

Dodie, ITA about the drama... everyone involved in this case are a bunch of drama queens.. and all working their own drama. That's one reason everything has been so confusing, and so many lies (other that covering their own buts. I think they all love the show and the attention they are getting. It seems they have finally realized the seriousness of what they have gotten into, with all the years in jail they are being given. Just wish someone would tell the truth about Haleigh. Maybe that will come out this morning with RC's testimony. I know........ truth and RC in the same sentence! What a :croc:

Let's discuss how taking Haleigh in lieu of a gun doesn't make any sense - or does it?

I'm thinking that if someone is drugged up, they might be that cruel. What do you guys think?

I do understand why Ron would think stealing the gun wasnt the motive for killing Haleigh. It would take a crazy person or a person cracked out on drugs or a combination of both to do something that unimaginable and for that reason.

However I do think Ron believes Misty and Tommy's story about who the perpetrator is but just doesn't agree that this was the true motive.

Lets not forget that LE took Ron and Misty's clothing that they had on when they reported Haleigh missing that morning as well. If I am not mistaken they also took Joe's. If there was any handling of a body there would be fluids/decomp/other on the clothing. Just a thought. LE has never said what was found on their clothing and neither have said they got the clothing back that I am aware of.

IMO, the only reason they took the van was because that was part of the script/cover up mode to throw Joe under the bus if needed. Ron never went after Joe even while Misty and the Croslins were pointing the finger at him. IMO, the reason Ron did nothing was because he knew that Joe was not the one that killed/stole Haleigh.
It is very aggravating to sit here and think that LE didn't check Ron's car or TN's, GGMS cars/trucks. I also don't see why they wouldn't search the Magnolia address when it was said that Haleigh was seen within the area 1 1/2 hrs prior to the 911 call from how I understood it. You would think that LE would want to check Misty's parents house knowing that they were not home and they feeling Misty was the key should of been more reason. Heck, she went to stay at her parents MH instead of staying at the camp site with Ron. That never sat well with me either. I some times feel like some of the LE were investigating this case with blinders on. :cow:

What evidence would there be if she was strangled and then immediately taken out in a garbage bag and disposed of?

There would be no decomp, fluids or forensics.

I do see everything else you are posting though. I've always thought that both Ron and Teresa were trying desperately to find Misty so that she could be brought over to Ron's Doublewide Mobile Home so that the scene could be set so that 911 could be called.

In the days after Haleigh disappeared, Ron and his family set up "camp" down the road from the MH. Crystal and her family set up "camp" just outside the MH community, along Buffalo Bluff Road.

Misty though, left the area and stayed with her mom and dad for several days, instead of staying with Ron et al in their "camp."

Lisa C. said she did that because she was "exhausted."

In reference to myself I'm going with your first thought on the subject since IIRC Cobra stated that area had already been searched three times..Also, IIRC she told Cobra she had been out there all by herself searching for four hours.. I'll never believe that to be the truth...
IMHO..She was hoping that recluse who lived in that trailer would kill Cobra...No doubt in my mind... JMHO
