I just checked out beautyticket.com and it doesn't look to be much of a savings. So is Taylor completely behind this company or in with others. Does anyone know? never mind I understand the attorney is in it with her and it was supposedly backed by the broke Taylor and Russell. Clear as mud.
Although Francisco said this whole beauty thing just recently launched in the last month or so, it seems that his being named CEO of the company was announced in July in one of the write it yourself news press releases:

Beauty Ticket dot com Announces Francisco Martin as CEO, Will Pursue International Investment and Partnership Opportunities"
However, it appears that Taylor and possibly Russell joined forces with the company in
January of 2011. This would be after the completion and showing of the first season of RHOBH and BEFORE the second season tapings began, I presume.

BeautyTicket.com Names Taylor Armstrong as Chief Creative Director
Bravos The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star will provide strategic direction for the online beauty retailer
LOS ANGELES--(BUSINESS WIRE)--BeautyTicket.com, the online retail destination for premium beauty brands up to 85% off,
has named Taylor Armstrong as Chief Creative Director. Armstrong, who is known for her business acumen and entrepreneurial spirit, has also purchased a 30% equity stake in the company.
Taylor is not just a pretty face with a great sense of style
Recently named InStyles Best of the Web 2010, and Womens Wear Dailys Top Beauty e-Tailer, BeautyTicket.com approached Armstrong after learning about her background in the ecommerce and management consulting arenas.
Taylor is not just a pretty face with a great sense of style, remarked Lindsay Pedder, CEO and founding partner of BeautyTicket.com. She is the quintessential entrepreneur and
has used her savvy to build and grow multiple businesses over the past decade. We believe that
with her current role as a television personality combined with her business expertise, she has the ability to take this company to a different level.
and, blah blah blah. the announcement goes on.
If I didn't perhaps totally understand all this before, I think I do now.
The bottom line to this whole thing and mostly everything that happens, is money and protecting your brand. From Bravo, to Taylor, to the family of Russell, to Francisco and the Beauty Ticket, Ronald Richards the attorney who lost his penniless client, and on and on. And then there are the others who insert themselves into it in an effort to somehow enhance their brands, such as Daniele Staub and the Salahis.
I started to "get it" when I saw this quote by a step brother of Russell's in an interview with Radaronline:
"Russell was a great guy, he helped out lots of family members when they needed money and he was always working really hard for everything he had."
