Of course. He can start with the fact that they are all innocent, and no one should be incarcerated. Including himself. The Narcissism is so epic here. Where do you even start?

Ok, but wouldn't 100% of this money be used to pay back the tens of millions of dollars he defaulted on and owed to the banks?

The brother that worked as a corrections officer for many years always said that "Everybody finds Jesus in prison, one way or the other." For some there it's just another scam attempt.

Ridiculous! She is a convicted felon. She still acts like a diva. Just because they made an error in sentencing, does not mean that she is not a felon. And she is not going to stroll out of the courtroom a free woman. I have been reading articles where her daughter, Savannah, is ready for her to come home. Delusional. Do these people live on some sort of alternative universe?

The judge would be crazy not to sentence her to the original seven years. What kind of message would that be to release her or decrease the time? You do the crime, be prepared for the consequences!!! She’s not special in anyone’s eyes but her own.

In June, an appeals court vacated her sentence and then ordered the lower District Court to resentence Julie.
