Rebecca's cell phone records

Assuming that there was indeed a midnight visit from a physician to give Max's parents the grim news, then there would likely be several people who would also have been phoned with the news. DS would certainly have called her BF, and her twin sister, and JS would have called AS. So any of those people could have also called and left the vm. If LE is relying on that message for its ironclad finding of suicide, then surely Rebecca's family is entitled to know who left the message.

Hasn't the family said that LE told them JS left the message? LE would have no reason to lie to them about it.

Not to :deadhorse:, but if Jonah's cell phone is 602 🤬🤬🤬 xxxx, and Rebecca's is 480 🤬🤬🤬 xxxx, is it likely that they would be part of the same account? (Yes, I know that he could have more than one phone.)

Who doesn't want the phone examined? It either belonged to RZ or JS, so it would go to JS or RZ's family.

LE stated they couldn't get retrieve the message because it was a new phone with new technology. Pffft. If they are referring to Windows Mobile OS being new technology then I call bs! My son had a phone with Windows Mobile several years ago. Plus, I work in the tech field.

If they are in the same market, they can be on one account. 602 and 480 are in the same market. Because of the population explosion in the Phoenix area in the 1990s, 602 was split up and 480 created.

I have 714 and 949 numbers on my single account.

LE is relying on all the evidence, not just that message, for its finding on suicide. It's just that most here don't believe the evidence of no other prints or DNA found, or that the alibis were thoroughly checked.

Not directed at you SophieRose, but it's not just here that people don't believe. It's all over the internet as far as I can tell. It seems the majority of people believe that it should have been left "undetermined" and that the PC was poorly done. Too many unanswered questions. JMO

It is incredulous to believe that no other prints were found in that room. I can guarantee that if I cleaned my living room, under normal conditions of dusting and vacuuming, that LE would definitely find fingerprints in that room--on something--somewhere.

For them to say that no other prints were found--not even a maid or housekeeper or any other person--and not be alarmed, is the part I find incredulous.

As I shared in an earlier thread...when our office was burglarized last year, it had been wiped clean of prints. LE (SDPD) fingerprinted all of us and not only were there no prints, none of our prints could be found. So I am surprised that LE was not suspicious that they could only find Rebecca's prints in that room.

FWIW I used to have Att. The bill was in my name but I could change any of the user names for each line on my account to reflect the actual user. So, if all we have is a bill with a user name it doesn't really tell us who owns the account or number. I think this will change the caller ID when you are calling out.

Update the user profile name/nickname for a phone number associated with my account

  1. Go to the Profile page in myAT&T.
  2. Select the telephone number associated with the user name/nickname you wish to update.
  3. In the Primary User box, select the Edit User Information link.
  4. Complete the desired information: First name, middle initial, last name, email address, gender, and browser language.
  5. Select Save Changes.

Respectfully JBean, I thought this was just for the caller ID. Did it show that way on your bill?

I just got my son a new phone on my account and this time they asked me what name I would like to show on the caller ID. He's always had a phone on my account but they have never asked me in the past which name I wanted on the caller ID. I had them put in his name. When I get the first bill I will check to see if his name shows.

One of the S family (possibly DS mom) said that MS Head MRI was scheduled Wed afternoon. So, on Tues night/Wed am, they were still waiting and hoping for the best.....

ME said that brain damage is a process. The family immediately knew the injuries were serious. That night while talking to doctors the clinically parameters that medical staff were following changed and they changed their mind to his ultimate course. Plus LE said that doctors and families are always initially hopeful. They can't say much because of HIPAA.

So in the middle of the night JS supposedly calls her and tells her that in a message? They have just gone to dinner. There is nothing in the autopsy to indicate that something changed or that family was informed of anything just before the message was supposedly left. The brain death was officially declared several days later.

It seems that RZ's family should be entitled to know what that evidence is, no? The message was supposedly a huge part of their evidence that pointed to suicide. They won't disclose how they verified there even WAS a voicemail message, and they certainly haven't disclosed what the message said because it is supposedly gone. Yet, based on SOME KIND OF EVIDENCE that involves this call, they determined most likely RZ committed suicide. Her family should be told what that is. Then, if they choose, THEY can tell us. I am fine if they decide not to. I just want RZ's family to know every piece of evidence that told LE it was suicide, and this alleged voicemail is key.

I have 714 and 949 numbers on my single account.

We have two different area codes on a single account too, as the 2nd phone on the account was added a couple years after the first.

---It looks like both area codes are for Scottsdale, AZ

----Why did JS not call/text/ answer RN on Tuesday night, then decide to call her early Wed AM call? Makes one think he was angry. In regards to late night call with bad medical news, I would hope LE asked the ICU Neurosurgeons if MS did take a turn for the worse between 8 PM -1215 am. If not, then needs further investigation. Also want to know if RN phone shows a received call from JS, or was the message AND documented call received were both erased. And did DS sister connect with RN that night - did she stop by the house (which is just around the corner) and "discuss" things with RN. IF JS will not hand over RN phone, then big red flag.
