unless I'm mistaken, it looks like it was CBS 8, a news TV station that got the AT @ T cellphone records of Rebecca !!! Why didnt LE show this cell phone records on their site ??

"News 8 obtained two pages of AT&T billing logs from the 32-year-old's cell phone, which family members said was a newer-model phone using the Windows Phone mobile operating system. The cell phone records confirm Zahau listened to her voicemail for two minutes at 12:50 a.m. on July 13, about two hours before her estimated time of death. "

all i can say about the LE statement is ---> LOL

Exactly!

To answer your question a couple of posts up, JS supposedly told LE he left a vm for RZ around 12:30AM stating MS had taken a turn for the worse, etc etc.
Nothing was said about a landline, only her mobile phone.

hmmm, starting to sound fishy now. sometimes I feel that maybe we should just let sleeping dogs lie. its making me uneasy now whats coming up.

:floorlaugh: now we're getting somewhere with this ridiculous farce of a suicide ruling! Thank you Sorelle.

I want to make it clear that I'm not pointing fingers.

I'm merely asking questions that I think need to be answered so that this investigation can truly be "ironclad".

Rebecca talked to Jonah at 7:34 and to Jonah at 7:39, was the purpose of this calls for the dinner that the 3 of them had ?

This 2 calls were the last cellhphone calls Rebecca had with the brothers.
Now there is an interesting call from Nina Romano at 10:41 pm - this is the last call to Rebecca.
Nina Romano- twin sister of Dina - whats up with that ?

cellphone records(thank to tiredblondy)

then there is the matter of calls to the landline phone LOL, thats another angle there.

Pach it was a text from Nina to Rebecca at 10:41pm and Nina stated she just wanted to go to the mansion and talk to RZ about MS's accident. She said RZ never answered that text. Nina also stated she sent the text earlier in the evening, not at 10:41pm.

As Sorrell already stated..WONKY!

Speaking of Nina, has anyone been able to locate a picture of her anywhere? I have searched high and low, but nothing.

I have too Sunnie and found absolutely nothing.

Between the alleged call that doesn't show on RZ phone log, the alleged vm that they cannot retrieve (I don't believe that claim at all) and a text appearing much later than when the sender claims it was sent..if it weren't such a serious matter it would be laughable.

Yup, the release of Rebecca's phone log is a big break as far as our discussions go. Thanks to CBS 8 news station. I wonder now what LE will have to say about this ? anyway , good night guys, i gotta go to work tommorow

Odd how NR claims her text message to RZ was sent earlier than the time-stamp shows.

Also odd - no record of RZ getting a vm message from JS @ 12:30 that night.

What are the odds of - on the night a woman dies from hanging - that two electronic communications went wonky, especially when there wasn't any problem with any of the other electronic communications on that same phone on that same night?

I ask again - what are the odds?

Not bloody freaking likely, that is for sure Sorrell...stinks to the heavens. LE needs to get on board and reopen this case and find out exactly what the heck went on that night...because as it stands right now, they have no idea.

I don't think JS communicated via phone with RN that evening. I read that if you don't answer a call, it gets listed as a 1 minute call on AT&T Bill. So the JS 7:30 PM call was not aswered.
Very odd that JS did not answer, call or text RN that night ..... till the mysterious midnight call.

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
I suspect the three had eaten dinner (maybe in hospital cafe), then brothers were in ICU. RN called to ask if ready to go. JS did not answer. Then AS called her back, yet she may not have answered either. RN picked AS up at hospital, they drove to mansion...RN last seen alive by AS at mansion @8PM.
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
The DS sister text is the last registered communication. I would think that text would have upset RN and she would have called/text her sister or JS immediately. Red flag! Who calls anyone after 10 PM to ask if you are around to discuss things. The twin was staying at DS home, the around the corner. Makes me think she stopped by........
In regards to time of text being sent, RN had communicated with her sister <1 hour before, and she would have told the sister about twin text if had happened earlier!

Great post. I just wanted to add the fact that ds sister also left the day ms was taking off of life support. This is extremely odd. She stayed all that time up to that and leaves on such a difficult day for her sister?

CuriousJo, the one thing about the call/voicemail that JS left Rebecca, that makes it strange, is that he states he called at 12:30. There is not a call registered anywhere that time on Rebecca's phone.

I love time lines!! They make information/inconsistencies so much easier to see.

Also interesting how the opposition has gotten quiet since this was brought up, isn't it??? Very odd don't cha you think? :innocent: Not one contradiction or opposing view???

It is so strange that nr claims she sent the text earlier then what's posted on the phone records AND there is no listing of that last call that js claims he made. What are the odds that there are two glitches in one day?

As some people noticed, 10:41 pm is kind of late to be sending messages, wanting to come over and chat. So it's not strange she'd say she thinks she send it earlier. Of course so far no proof of that was provided, such as her own cell phone log showing the message was send earlier than 10:41 pm.

Text message can be delayed if the recepient's phone is outside service area, shut down, or in a place with poor signals. However, the text message itself will still bear an earlier time stamp when the message was sent, not the time when the message was received.

Text messages displaying wrong time stamps are not so uncommon. However, it normally occurs to all the messages one receives on the phone, not just a single text because the inaccurate time stamps are usually caused by the wrong timezone setting of the phone.

I find it strange, that something so simple, turning over cell phone records, could clear up questions, but those involved have not done so, to our knowledge at this time.

If I had nothing to hide, I would be at LE's side, to give them any and all information to erase even a suspicion that I might in some way be involved, responsible, or compliant in a death. Just my :twocents:.

TiredBlondy, I added [the cell phone records] to your post just to clarify the reference. Hope you don't mind.

The cell phone records represent new evidence that should challenge the suicide ruling - not to mention the autopsy record itself. It is now time for LE to make good on their words:

1-“Given the totality of the evidence, there’s really no other logical explanation for what happened to her other than she took her own life,” Gore said.
Gore's quote of 'The totality of the evidence' obviously did not take into account the cell phone records.

2-Nesbit insisted that “[w]hen you apply science to [the evidence] there is only one conclusion you can come to.” And that conclusion was suicide.
The 'science' listed in the autopsy report opens as many doors as LE believed it closed.

3-'Later Nesbit said “Just because we made our findings last week that her death was a suicide, doesn’t mean that if new evidence was presented to us, that we wouldn’t look into [it].
We would have an obligation to do so. It’s really a matter of semantics, just because we said the case was closed on Friday, doesn’t mean that we wouldn’t open the investigation again.'
Nesbit, please make good on your words. The 'evidence' and the 'science' is aboundingly apparent and the Zahau family is deserving of answers.

What makes you declare the cell phone records new information? The police already had and have RZ's phone. This is not new to them.
