I don't know what Billie knows or doesn't know...but I've always felt she chose SA over Hailey...when LE named him as suspect, that should have been enough to quell any sexual desire for the man and throw him out until he was cleared, but that never happened. Even if somehow she is not involved, I do judge her for that, sorry to say.

I think BD is in a world of trouble now. There is already documented evidence that she would lie and go to jail for him knowing he is a POI. That will come back to bite her in the butt. I really wouldn't be surprised is there would be a co conspirator charge in the future.

Absolutely. Add to that the fact that there was some reason she felt she needed to lie for him and it is hard to believe she wasn't somehow involved.

I don't know if she was involved or not either, but I have my suspicions.

Here's my thinking tonight after today's events. We know she was partially mummified and that one of the guys that found her saw a "hand". After reading a little bit about mummification - I saw that with mummification, fingernails could stay in tact. Ok, hhmmmm......so we have a hand with fingernails. That's huge. Why? Because, both SA and BD's dna will (and could) be all over everything and its justifiable because they all three lived in the same house - so any one of their dna on the other could be explained - BUT!!!!!

If either SA's or BD's dna is found under her fingernails - well that's a whole 'nother kettle of beans. Exp. - my DD, DH and I all live in the same house and our dna would be all over everything - however, my or DH's dna would not be found under DD's fingernails and vice versa.

This waiting is going to be tough - but IMHO I believe it will be well worth it and may also explain why SA lawyered up - he knows.......

Plus the BD/SA attorneys were interviewed I believe at the burial site.

To be as delicate as possible...if Hailey's body (if this is in fact her body) was lifted and taken today in the state in which it was found...perhaps it was NOT possible to verify anything about sex, etc. visually, until they are able to clean the body, etc. from the coverings, etc...

I did read a rumor or comment that the hair was similar...not sure if this is true, or if maybe a light color could be seen.

If any kind of work was begun this evening, I imagine they know much more by now. Really hoping we know tomorrow. I honestly think many of us have put as much or more thought, time and energies into thinking about Hailey than some of those...related to her. JMO

I asked earlier if any of the other people that were missing were from Colorado City. I know they said area but I didn't know specifically. I think if not, it is pretty evident since they took the body to the funeral home in Colorado City. jmo

I am wondering the same thing. It is possible that if she was wrapped up tight that there would be DNA to be found. I hope so. RIP Sweet Girl. :rose:

It is fairly easy to tell the difference between male and female via the pelvic bones. Not as easy when the bones are covered by mummified flesh, however. I suspect that is why they have not made a definitive statement, yet. They know but they can't prove it, yet.
