No, he isn't. The baby that Nichole was carrying was his. She miscarried. I can't find the document, but I read where is was proven that the child she miscarried was indeed loser Tom's. He accused her of messing around, which later proved to be untrue. I will post the link when I find it. I have looked for it about an hour and I am tired of looking tonight.

This is not the first place I have seen this. I still can't find the original link I was looking for, but this one says almost the same thing..just not as detailed as the first link I saw. I will keep looking for the better one.

The syndicated television magazine Extra said that it obtained papers filed Thursday by Kidman in response to Cruise's divorce petition. Cruise filed for divorce in Frbruary after more than 10 years of marriage. Excerpts released by Extra prior to broadcast state: "During the balance of December and thereafter the parties were intimate. In fact, respondent became pregnant by petitioner but lost the baby through a miscarriage." Extra said the document also stated that Kidman urged Cruise to enter marriage counselling, but he refused.

Kinda funny that even though this is fairly public knowledge, Tom still tries to dispel the rumors by very publicly dating various women. Makes me wonder if he even touches Katie when they're not out in public.

He dated Melissa Gilbert when she was 17. She says he is not gay. I tend to think he might be Bi-sexual. MOO.

The one thing I don't get is that Mimi Rogers had said they tried for so long to get her pregnant - didn't work. Same with Nicole. All of a sudden Nicole was pregnant at the end of their relationship and now Katie. Almost makes you wonder if he didn't want biological children - for whatever reason.

Maybe it's just after years of practicing he finally got it to work right! :innocent:

Does anyone else find it kinda "creepy" about the fact that tom said on oprah he had watched katie's work and basically had someone call her and set up a "meeting", it seems to me like tom has a reputation on doing this, he was married to mimi rogers then he seen nicole kidman in dead calm and had someone "call her" and have her in days of thunder with him the rest is history. Then he does vanilla sky and next we know he is divorcing nicole and hooked up with penelope, hmmmmm....sounds weird to me...

Taking this rumor further, I've also heard that Scientology has offered "contracts" to the women in his life - Nicole and Katie. It was speculated that Nicole was given a "10 year" contract and Katie a "5 year" contract wherein they would agree to marry him to serve as a "wife" and he would in turn further their careers. Don't know if that is true either, but did find it interesting that he and Nicole ended their marriage right at the 10 year mark.

Also, Nicole's career certainly took off after becoming Mrs. Cruise. Let's see what happens with Katie's.

Rumor also has it that prior to Katie, Tom was interested in Kate Bosworth, who turned down a meeting with him. Good for her!

Yes, and that first meeting lasted four hours and then after that they were going together, engaged and now, preggers. It was like he was setting the whole thing up with Katie at the first meeting.

I still remember one of the comments about "Eyes Wide Shut." The critics said that Tom and Nicole had no sexual chemistry, which ruined an already bad movie.

Who knows what the truth is - he could say anything as to why he filed at that point.

Nicole did seem shocked, but maybe it had more to do with the fact that he accused her of sleeping with someone else and getting pregnant.

this whole relationship is totally weird as far as i am concerned, and i know my opinion really doesnt mean a thing.....But i did not see this one coming, this is crazy.......And she looks about4-5 months pregnant in some of those photos, doesnt scientology practice anything about protecting yourself against diseases ect....i mean maybe they used condoms and it broke, but i doubt that.....

I certainly think this whole scientology thing is a bit creepy...ok alot creepy.At first I remember hearing the whole 5 year contract and think maybe she did but now being pregnant, I mean would you seriously just have a kid with a guy you signed a contract with just to make it look real, and if that is the case does she have to sign a contract to give him the baby when the contract is up? I mean she is young still and you would think she wouldn't just agree to having a kid for someone for reasons like these.

But who knows these hollywood people are nuts anyway.....Silent Birth my arse!!!
