IIRC, Ms. Anthony has, infact, admitted consuming alcohol on at least one, if not more than one, or her probation reports.

So, once again, Ms. Anthony is accused of something she is not guilty of.

Yet another lie. She said she hadn't consumed any alcohol on her questionnaire for the probation office. She did. Next?

Not sure how standard it it, but I was allowed to consume, posess, purchase, and be at places where alcohol was served while on was on a first offense dui conviction here in Florida.

I think many of us are used to seeing probation orders state "no association with felons" and "no alcohol consumption" because those are pretty standard on drug and alcohol offense probation orders, and that's pretty much what I've been exposed to. Probably what most people have been exposed to since those are probably the most common crimes committed.

"Not to excess" is somewhat open for discussion. I used to be falling on the floor, and yet, I WAS NOT drunk!!! LOL
And the same with people pulled over for DUI..."occccifer, I only had 2 beers".
It's what anyone on probation would say..."no drugs, limited alcohol"....even though they just scored some crack and drank a 12 pack!!
But, I understand exactly what you're saying. Don't agree, but understand!!

I think all probation is different depending on the charges and sentence? I knew a guy who had a DUI here in Florida and he was not allowed to be in any bars. Consume any alcohol. Had to go to AA meetings. Pay all kinds of fines. And he had a little device on his car that he had to blow into before his car would start?

Sounds like the anonymous surreptitious release of KC's Video Diary was damage control to portray that she is some naive kid coming to grips with a new computer ahead of the announcement of early termination of probation. Maybe the DT did not want the public all incensed again so that KC could go about her business and they could be free from her. If so, it backfired.

Thank GOD. Things have been so wacky around here recently, it wouldn't surprise me if she was getting off probation early! I hope someone posts what he says because I can't stand to watch Baez or GR.

The truth lies somewhere between and just because you cannot prove it doesn't mean anything, no-one here can disprove it either. It is all relative. Common sense needs to be applied.

Even the jurors themselves (the 3 that have spoken anyways) have been quoted as saying things like "I didn't say she was innocent, just not enough to convict", "we were sick to our stomachs when the verdict came down" and "generally, none of us liked Casey Anthony at all... she seems like a horrible person."
