Baez defending Casey - saying she is entitled to privacy and should be able to go on with her life. That the tape being leaked is criminal and who ever leaked it should be prosecuted to the fullest extent....blah blah blah.

Well, then, Mr. Baez, if he didn't distribute it, then who did? One minute he says this, then he says the tape being leaked was criminal. But he never names who he thinks leaked it. OMG. He drives me crazy!

I agree, total waste, cept if we can believe anything he says, she will be on probation until AUG. Now we have to figure out which one is lying bout that ???

Right. And I think if JB says that he thinks RH had nothing to do with it RH is probably telling to truth that someone gave it to him. And we can figure who that someone is, pretty much.... jmo

My thought is that either she leaked it, or she was deceived by someone and that person or persons leaked it. I doubt she was hacked. I think she trusted someone online and sent them stuff - and they turned around and distributed what she sent them. It was very strange that Baez "highly doubted" that RH was behind it. How come he's so sure? Makes ya wonder - does Baez know RH? There were rumors floating around yesterday that RH is JB's cousin. Wonder if those rumors are true? Just thinking out loud.

My guess is that he knows Casey was the one who leaked it ... but just doing the ole defense spin... just like he knows Casey killed her daughter.

Casey is always the innocent..and OTHERS are doing her such injustice according to Baez and her smarmy DT. How long is Baez and her DT going to be defending her???

I agree.. I think most (of course not all.. but most) of her "supporters" are just people who like to feel like they are important and cool because they can fight against "normality" aka .. what common sense tells most of us. They support the "fight" not the individual.

There's definitely something different...no recent cases...no statements to the press...just doing GR a favor. Could be he's working the PR angle...surprised nobody in msm think it's odd that it's Mason who's talking...and not Casey's boy.

There is a REAL RH, who has retained an attorney. But there is also an RH that has popped up on twitter that apparently is a fake. I know...confusing. I don't even know if what I just typed is so....I'm just repeating what I read!

How in the world does Baez (in all his chubiness) profess to know every activity OCA involves herself in? How long is he going to attach himself to her knowing IMO she murdered Caylee. Wonder what his wife feels about his need to coddle her.

I think one of our posters would know all about this. Personally, I wouldn't hold out any hope of the Bar doing a thing. For all we know, Mason could be on the Bar. Judge Strickland filed on Baez, nothing. Perry threatened but that turned out to be meaningless. I take it that Baez knew he was all talk.

They only go after attorneys who use clients funds inappropriately, imo. Remember the Bar is a bunch of Attorneys. That's the way it works here. It is very difficult to accomplish anything by turning your attorney into the BAR...like I said...unless it is money - related and with that you would have proof. Otherwise, the attorneys get a chance to respond to allegations. Try that one on for size! LIttle ole you up against their spin!

How long do you think he'll drag out the appeal? Two, three, four years? Is he studying the law? Is that why we haven't heard from him? But, heck...who are we kidding...someone else will be putting the appeal together.
