Yeah, I definitely think the tall woman is Baez's wife. She has pretty much the same hairstyle in both pics! And the tan skin matches too.

If that's what we're led to believe If I go back to the felons early days before she was arrested, she was more computer savy than I was at that time. She IM'd Tony and a plethora of other people. Uploaded oodles of piccies to her photobucket accounts, and got around quite nicely stealing, and cashing checks, and using charge cards that didn't belong to her. Oh, and might I add that she knew the in's and out's of a SIM card way better than I (whilst working at a large telecommunications company).

So if she thinks I buy her "I'm just getting used to this new computer" line, she's got another thing comin! The tech world hasn't come THAT far since the princess was arrested. Oh, and I don't for one minute think Baez and Co. didn't keep her up to speed each time they brought in a new phone or fancy new computer. She was probably skyping a year ago!

To me the unknown woman's shirt is something a younger girl would wear, but who knows.

I think that person is the person in the pic with Casey.

Do we know the date and location for sure? Could it be somebody from earlier in the post-release phase, like say at Todd M's in CA? Wasn't she out there for a minute or two after the trial - before she had to come back to FL for the parole stuff?

I don't think JB's wife is that much older than KC. I know there was a video of JB and his wife at the airport and she is quite tall, a little taller than JB. Since the necklace is scratched out I'm thinking it's very distinctive as in Caylee's ashes. Maybe CA gave JB the necklaces when KC was released. jmo

Exactly why WFTV has it out there, plus, Morgan hasn't stated what their full intentions are as of yet with these videos and pictures.

OK - I don't know what's going on in this thread....I have been werking! But just "first impression" of that picture upthread....looks like FCA and Momma Cindy having a hug fest.

That reflection is much, much too slim to be Cindy.

I think you might be right! You called it yesterday. Interesting. There were pictures of that person on Lockerz in workout clothes. Same height, hair, and build.

That's what I meant, I don't think ICA scratched out the face and I don't think the pic was released by FCA. The person who is in the photo scratched their own face out to protect themselves.

Why would JB's wife not want to be identified with FCA or just not want to have her picture widely published? Everyone knows she supports FCA, it wouldn't be shocking for them to be with one another.

Now I can see why some average Jane would not want their identity revealed and therefor scratch their face out.

Patty,isn't the reflection picture the back of Casey and the woman she is standing next to?If so then that woman isn't wearing heals.Looks like flip flops or flats.

If I were her attorney my argument would be more toward making her appear in court for hearings (or at least by video without disguise) rather than not allowing her to plead the 5th. I do not think she was allowed to plead the 5th based on her claims of danger to her life. I think she was allowed to plead the 5th based on having an open appeal on the lying convictions. Her appearing by video in disguise was due to her attorney's claim of danger to her life if she showed her face.

If she is allowed to appear in disquise by video how can the opposing side be sure it is really her?

Does anyone know if the appeal was filed? I heard that it hasn't been yet, that the DT will wait till the very last minute. I don't understand how she is being given the right not to answer questions for the lawsuit because her Lying convictions are going to go on appeal.

What kind of system is this? Why do her attorneys constantly win and get her out of lawsuits when anyone else would not be able to do this. If the appeal has not been filed yet, how in the world is she able to not testify?

This is what gets people irate. I can not tell you how much I dispise the entire defense team. Their arrogance is only exceeded by FCA's! I am also disgusted with the judge in the case...as he let the DT go too far. He let statements "hang" with no clarification.

I can't wait to see this behind bars again. If they didn't think she would screw up, they wouldn't need to keep her in hiding. They are using her safety as in issue.."pffft". It's her criminal mind and behavior they are worried about.

....still say there is more going on with Jose and her, then just licorice sharing.
