She also made sure to let Flores know she had been in the office the day of the murder. I never questioned the pictures and sex upstairs in the bed. However, the downstairs/office/because Travis was angry so I had to calm him down sex never rang true. But was she regaling Flores with an office sex scene to cover why her DNA or fingerprints were on the computer or desk area? Idk

I have always thought that when Jodi showed up at Travis' house at 4am that morning of June 4, she used that check for the car payment for him to let her in. I'm sure since he was up all night, he was tired and ready to go to bed. There was NO WAY Jodi was leaving. And since it was June and there was no Christmas tree for Jodi to sleep under, she tagged along upstairs behind him. After they woke up at 1pm, Jodi made the first move with the sex. There is NO single MAN that age who is going to turn down sex.

I really think that Travis thought she was gone when he went onto the shower. I truly believe that's when Jodi got into TA's email and found out he was actually taking Mimi to Cancun, and not the babysitter (of whoever.) She she had already planned on killing him if he didn't take her to one of the "1000 places to see before you die." I think she went back upstairs with her backpack full of weapons and *makeup* and gave him one more chance to take her to Cancun with him. He might have still said he was taking the babysitter and well, we know the rest... ~

In her efforts to get what she wanted from Travis, she had gotten close to him, and that meant that he knew more about her than anyone else. When it became clear to her that the trajectory he was on was so different from hers, that he couldn't and wouldn't ever be in her corner, he became extremely dangerous to her, and by that I mean to her reputation, and future ability to manipulate people unawares. She had failed to manipulate him into submission, and now he had the potential to ruin everything for her. There was only one clear choice, and of course she manipulated him to the very end in order to pull that off. Even if he had decided to take her to Cancun, the writing was on the wall, and the end result inevitable.

I totally agree with you. She was ready to walk away from Travis but she did want to troll the other vulnerable Mormon men that he knew. And she could not risk him warning them what a psycho witch she was. She needed to silence him forever.

Her psychological motivations are secondary to the facts of the case. It wouldn't be good for the prosecution to dive deep into her psychology. It would sound more like they were seeking mitigation rather than conviction. Not that her sociopathy is a mitigator, but it is personal and subjective, and focusing on it would only distract from the facts of the case, and the remedy that society seeks.

I don't understand how anyone could be taken in by JA, but apparently, there are quite a few. After seeing the horrible crime scene photos and the autopsy photos, there's no way in hell that I could ever touch her hands - it would freak me out way too much knowing what those hands did. I'd be afraid the evil would transfer off on me somehow - seriously!

People project onto others what they have inside themselves, and they see selectively, facets, not the complete picture, largely what they want to see. For some of her supporters, I suspect they see themselves as weak, victims, and try to draw strength from the boldness of Arias' actions, filtering out the blatantly evil and immoral nature of it, justifying it by convincing themselves that Travis somehow deserved it. They feel they lack self-assertion, so they only focus on the assertive aspects of Arias' actions, and not their morality. Others may demonstrate support for her in their opposition to those who oppose her. Lots of possibilities.

Did other psychos display anger? Bundy? Others? Serial killers? She is not cold-blooded if she constantly experiences anger. That seems to be her strongest emotion besides sexual passion.

SHE was the one that needed to be calmed through sex when she was in a tezzie. It was only a projection when she claimed it was Travis. Everything she claimed Travis was, turned out to be just projections of her own internal emotions.

BBM. I'm not sure there was ever any evidence of passion. For JA, I think it was all about nymphomania and especially about manipulation and control. Sex was a weapon. The "frazzled" nerves concept may be a matter of Jodi trying to convey the myth that "TA needed me."

Why not? She can have very deep anger and still be cold-blooded. Her anger has to do with her psychological reality, her identity, and it's very real to her. Her cold-bloodedness has to do with the psychological unreality she perceives as others, an inability to see them as human beings with depth and emotion like her, not real to her outside of how she can use and manipulate them.

Jodi claimed the pictures were taken by Travis and sent to her via her phone. I guess we were suppose to believe she then copied them to her computer.

My question would be if Jodi had a Dell and Tony had a Dell and made the mistake of giving JM the wrong disk what other mistakes could he have made? Me not computer savvy!

You tell me. It's your fog. (LOL, sorry, couldn't resist) I think right now there's only two drives the current motions are dealing with; Travis', and only peripherally Tony's Dell drive the defense mistakenly turned over to the prosecution, the one which Juan said had nothing to do with the case. I don't think anything has come up so far that ties either of Jodi's drives (internal or external) into the current mess. Personally, I can't see bringing either of them in speculatively a move in the direction of clarity.

I have seen the pictures of CMJA's living quarters at her grandparent's house dozens of times but never noticed all of the computer equipment and books until today.

Makes me wonder just how much time she spent researching things like remote-access, hacking, etc.

I wish the photos of in her bedroom could be enhanced, it's hard to make out what is on top of her dresser but it looks like a box with a computer program and instruction book on top. There are also several books on the bed, with a printer(?) that I would love to be able to see more clearly. Can anyone else see what these items are?

But what if the came from Jodi's dell hard drive and someone loaded the photos' onto Travis's hard drive while it might of been laying around their forensic cave.

#JodiArias forensic computer expert: recovered pictures of male genitalia from a damaged hard drive - Jodi's not Travis's computer.

It has been said Travis sent pictures of his genitalia to JA. LW and BN both state this. Not sure if its true, regardless, lots of people do kinky stuff.

I wonder about her lips too, her mother and mother's twin have very very thin lips, as does the grandmother. We know she loved spending money on her body.

Don't think so, Shady, lips are injections and cost alot and hard to get right. Also, looking at pictures when she was young (Bobby J. days) I doubt TA would have paid for it, and she certainly didn't have money.
