It amazes me that apparently no one has ever said what the date of the state's mirror image is. If it is before June 10, then all of this is moot. If it is after, then it's a problem.

It also amazes me that the opening of the laptop on June 10th was done while either it was plugged in or a battery was attached. Why would they not remove both before opening it? They may have needed to open it to get to the hard drive.

If the experts can figure out exactly what happened...so what. She doesn't have a leg to stand on. imo

I don't think she stands much of a chance, but this gives her issues she can use to file appeals, the original trial left her with very little to appeal as the judge went above and beyond what is usually afforded a defendant, judge is also allowing the defence huge latitude in the sentencing hearing considering a jury has already found her guilty of premeditated first degree murder, and the sentencing should just be focusing on mitigating v aggravating factors not whether Travis had multiple personalities

It's insane that #JodiArias can request 2 not have her pic taken in jail garb. TA prob didn't want his pic taken on an autopsy table either.
