Martinez said no such thing. And the defense is making a huge mistake with this young jury if they hope to confuse them on what Spybot does and does not do.

If all this is true, how is it possible that the DT didn't know about this back during the original trial. None of this is making sense to me. And, FWIW, I have to say I was always a little surprised that a single young man who likes sex had absolutely no on his computer. Just sayin'.... That said, what does it have to do with his murder and her guilt, and what does it have to do with mitigation? It in no way makes her any less culpable for what she did. IMO
