Retrial for Sentencing of Jodi Arias - 11/21-11/23/14 In recess

I thought I remember something about Jodi claiming were on TA's computer, can't remember if it was in an interview or trial. If before trial it might have been before she decided to go with the pedo defense.

Needless to say, I don't think this hearing was at all necessary after reading Juan's latest filing. He addresses everything. This all should be for Jodi's appeal process, not in the middle of sentencing.

IIRC, Juan asked an expert if there were any photos of women breast and he said no.

I'm flattered! Procrastination, I have always found, is the mother of invention... and I have a ton of work to do, people coming for Thanksgiving, and I am just really not in the mood. And it helps that this whole trial is just so ridiculous. (Except for the fact that a man was brutally murdered.)

I thought when a forensic examination is done, the expert will run his copy of the hard drive with the original to make sure they line up, bit for bit, and nothing was changed.
