But how can the judge allow a witness to say "we will go at it....." ? Sounds combative and hostile to me. Does Juan need to ask the judge to tell the witness to knock if off first before she intervenes? I'm not up to school on all the rules of the court but I would NEVER say that to an attorney if I was on the stand.

I know. I'm used to more formal courtroom protocol, and very strict judges when it comes to enforcing it.

Well aleast we know child porn wasn't found. Cause Nurmi and co would have gotten that headline out already. And when you go to a pornsite and browse through the different categories (Female friendly, hardcore, gay, blah blah blah, lesbian, whatever), you can find "Teen", but that's starring ladies who are 18+ with 18+ bodies. Not the kinda thing a pedophile would be into.

And I find it curious how Wilmott got Neurowhatever to talk about the hits for "teen" and "tween" but I never saw any reporting of hits for "tween sex" or "teen sex" or "teen " or any specific search like. He ended up looking for "tween" and having to say the internet hits can include "between" as well.

If this truly is the "expert" who testified about seeing CMJA in TA's eye in 2nd-to-last shower pic, then I am laughing my heiny off at this testibloney.....IIRC, that expert's resume included making music videos (for the band YES I think). Sorry if I'm wrong - will sleuth later - too intrigued by what's happening in the hearing at the moment...If anyone can add to this, please chime in.....

Regarding how disrespectful Neumeister was to Juan: it's possible Juan didn't ask the judge to intervene in hopes that Neumeister may treat Juan the same way in front of the jury. The jury would hate Neumeister right away...regardless if they like Juan or not. Neumeister does not come across as a likeable fellow to put it mildly.

I'm more worried about the casual use of secret hearings and bench conferences and the failure to put some time limits on witnesses! The presiding judge does have regular meetings of judges handling capital cases to ensure that the cases are moving along at a reasonable speed, so apparently his standards are not too strict.

Let's get this courtroom back on American soil and get the trial moving, and then I will agree to put basic respect on the agenda as item #3 lol.

i have a question, wasn't this information on the computer something to do with the secret witness. Did the porn info what the secret witness suppose to talk about, or have something to with. I thought the reason the info on the computer is what started the media out of court room, and part of the info that they needed solved to continue with this so called witness... All these failures are related. They aren't separate issues. The bench conferences and secret meetings and failure to reign in anyone anyone, ever, and her caving in to a convicted murderer's demand to testify in secret..... all are indicative of a single problem..... a judge who can't control a courtroom and who is in waaaaaaaay over her head.
