I am very late to this line of thinking but I'm starting to get on board with it. Her allowing this "expert" to disrespect JM this afternoon has brought me around..... So very sad IMHO.

It is very sad. I feel sad for the taxpayers of AZ having to pay the huge costs for all these very lengthy delays that are allowed with mostly bogus motions from the DT, with absolutely no hint of it being reigned in.

That is what is so striking to me. From the surface, it appears she has no concern whatsoever about all these delays, the huge cost of this trial, or how the jury people are being being treated as she casually tosses them in and out of the courtroom.

If she would show me that she has concerns about these things, then it would be a little easier to take.

How many millions of dollars and years are we up to?

If this truly is the "expert" who testified about seeing CMJA in TA's eye in 2nd-to-last shower pic, then I am laughing my heiny off at this testibloney.....IIRC, that expert's resume included making music videos (for the band YES I think). Sorry if I'm wrong - will sleuth later - too intrigued by what's happening in the hearing at the moment...If anyone can add to this, please chime in.....

There's a presiding judge. He doesn't really "oversee" her courtroom, no. And he certainly wouldn't get involved in minor issues like rebuking a witness who is showing disrespect for the process.

O.k. can understand that, but what about witness shaking hands with JA. Is that allowed. He could have been passing contraband, etc.

And when you go to a pornsite and browse through the different categories (Female friendly, hardcore, gay, blah blah blah, lesbian, whatever), you can find "Teen", but that's starring ladies who are 18+ with 18+ bodies. Not the kinda thing a pedophile would be into.

And I find it curious how Wilmott got Neurowhatever to talk about the hits for "teen" and "tween" but I never saw any reporting of hits for "tween sex" or "teen sex" or "teen " or any specific search like that. He ended up looking for "tween" and having to say the internet hits can include the word "between" as well.

After reading Beth Karas, it seems BN used a freeware forensic tool that supposedly uncovered this that professional forensic tools missed. Oh and her notes said the reason he was given until Wed is because he says he's going out of town to testify on Mon-Wed. Still not sure why he needed time though, because he says has a staff of 20 people and has already made these copies. Oh well, what's another month or 6 in this trial....

Sadly, these data can be spoofed/doctored.

But if the Mesa PD secured the drive and retained it in its original condition, a simple comparison will indicate the differences between Neumeister's HDD vs. the original (source) HDD in Travis's Compaq Presario.
