The evidence is under the control of the prosecutor, I am astounded that Martinez with all his experience allowed the computers to be switched on, even more astounded that he did not first ascertain that an exact mirror image of the computers was made of the computers to ensure that everything that was on the computer the day it was entered into evidence was retained,

the computers are now tainted evidence as they have been altered either in error or intent from the condition they were in when last used by either defendant or victim

There was an exact mirror image made in 2008, which is probably why they were okay with the computer being perused.

Folks, this went down way way before the Jodi Arias case became high profile. It was just another murder case, and there are lots here.
