There was an exact mirror image made in 2008, which is probably why they were okay with the computer being perused.

if that is so then there shouldn't be even a hearing, as any on the computer when it was entered into evidence would still be there when the state gave the mirror image to defence,


any altering of computer later would not effect the mirror image

"Modified" in the sense of the computer was turned on and things automatically happened, which made no difference because the mirror drive had already been made? Or in some important sense?

ETA: Oh, OK. This was when it was first picked up by the police in 2008. If it was in sleep mode then it really hadn't ever been turned off.
