I'm sorry to butt in, but can someone point me to this picture of "damaged pins" that are being discussed? I've seen multiple references to it, and cannot picture what object it refers to. Is it the laptop motherboard (where the power cord enters) or is it the power cord itself, or is it the interior pins ON the motherboard? Thanks in advance!

Also, Compaqs are notoriously pre-loaded with bloatware including AVs, etc, from the factory.

BN is trying to suggest something sinister about having lots of protection on a computer. I am gonna suggest this is baloney.

Is on the motion document. The pins they are talking about are the ones on the actual hard drive where the cable connects. Think old IDE style laptop drive. The only thing the picture is showing is the straightened pins with green dots claiming that these were formerly bent.

Some links were caused by viruses but many were just sought out by someone. It was "just loaded" with . #JodiArias

Even if true which I doubt, and since Jodi had access, and Travis had roommates.....who can prove who did what??

I hope before this case is done, the whole defense says exactly what Travis said....sorry he/they ever met Jodi and jodi was the worse thing that had ever happen to him/them.

Do we know Travis owned this computer in 2007? I posted earlier it came from Deanna(?) who could have installed the scrubbers etc., but do we know that it went straight to Travis?

We know Jodi used Travis's computer when he wasn't there because Deanna testified that she saw her using it(cookie baking incident). Jodi probably installed programs that would keep her usage private. She didn't want Travis to know that she was on his computer, or what she was doing on it.

So the computer was not "turned on and then off" on June 10, 2008, but simply opened and then turned off 45 minutes later with no indication of any user activity, correct?

There were 19 diff programs for guarding privacy and erasing tracks found on the computer. He has a list of them up. #JodiArias

This would be consistent with his computer getting infected (whether by JA or accidentally) and him trying everything he could find to clean up the mess. Many of us have been there and done that.

If Juan wanted to turn on the computer to look for/delete , why would he call the DEFENSE ATTORNEY to come over and watch?
