He said he works for both the defense and the state but is testifying for the defense. I don't know who he exactly works for.......

But yes, that is who he is.

Oh dear lord. He's the wacko who testified that there was an image captured in Travis's dead eye! Another gun for hire.

I think I'm obsessed with this trial. It's my birthday today (I'm 31!) and my friends want to take me out. My response? 'Thanks but can we do dinner rather than lunch? I've got *work* to do right now.' I hope reading these tweets count as 'work.' It sure is more exhausting than paid work!

:Happybirthday: rose. Enjoy dinner, and don't 'work' too hard this afternoon.

Egads, someone tell me this cannot lead to ineffective counsel?

I really think Jodi did this while she was doing her thing and screwing up, then handed it all back to Nurmi and Wilmont to clean up what she's done. PI have"experts" don't they? Anyway Jodi's burned them again.

"Please call your next nutjob, er, witness, for the defense."

Her entire description of the viewing event recited on Direct sounded ludicrous to me. I was picturing the scene as she went along and it did not fit JM's characteristic behavior in the least.

Her version of events is strange, strange, strange. I know these are just tweets and there may be missing pieces of info, but seems she wants to believe that while she made the request to view evidence, it was Juan's idea to turn it on. Then, while she's just sitting there watching him, he sets down and just starts going through the computer. And she's totally innocent. And he's laughing and looking through it and making comments. And her and her investigator just watch and then...leave? She never looked at it? They never spoke? She never did what she wanted to do that day, which was gauge file sizes? What on earth?

Just speculating.

I think some of this is going to relate back to that Virus we talked about a few weeks ago that did go to 🤬🤬🤬🤬 sites by itself and I suspect Jodi put the Virus on his computer. I did lots of research on that particular Virus and it was going around right around that time when Jodi killed Travis.

Here is a basic scenerio that I think may have happened and maybe part of all this.

I think Jodi could not understand why no 🤬🤬🤬🤬 or record of 🤬🤬🤬🤬 sites were ever found to be viewed on Travis computer. She knew she had put that virus on his machine. And I think the "payload" from it never got invoked because of the Anti-virus software.

What I think happened when Jodi was using the PI was they went looking for it and she released the Payload herself by taking the action to unleash it. Like installing a Screensaver is one way that Virus activated. I found that particular Virus had multiple ways to get unleashed and 1 of them was in fact a screen saver Install (some *.EXE ) file that installed the screen saver and ALSO unleashed the Virus. One was the "bug crawling screen saver" as I actually saw that tied to this particular virus.

Of course, it could have been a simple email attachment or some other executable also.

Whatever she did to unleash the payload then did hit all the 🤬🤬🤬🤬 sites and other things on his machine.

But the bottom line is all this activity would show to happen AFTER he was killed already or right around time he was killed if she did it that day or day before by email or something.
Juans original clone copy of hard drive can prove this.

If anything is on the machine before Travis died, then like others are saying it could even be roomates so it is still not proof Travis did anything.

The whole thing should be thrown out IMO.

Was he allowed to testify?

Well, this was the guy that could see the murderer in a "reflection" in eye balls from a photo....what more will he pull out of.... bleep bleep.

Pet psychologist/veterinary behaviorist to testify about Napoleon and how debasing and dehumanizing (or whatever) his dark, death-centered, ill-fated relationship with Travis actually was. Because obviously.

So eye guy and third tier expert witnesses all the way thru is what AZ taxpayers get for the $2.5 million dollars they've spent on her defense?

Happy birthday Rose!

Also, there's a story of Jodi being in Travis' home and browsing his computer. She admits he had an open door policy and would just come over whenever, and would probably even play around on the lap top.

BMM ~
And that doggy door she was fond of was also always open.

And who cares if Travis watched 🤬🤬🤬🤬 every day and covered his tracks?

Exactly. If BNeu can find this stuff now, even after the 2009 "incident," then Lonnie could have found it looking at the 2008 mirror drive, and that means that the "child 🤬🤬🤬🤬" IF ANY BECAUSE I SURE HAVEN'T SEEN ANY EVIDENCE OF IT YET was disclosed to the defense long ago. The evidence available to the prosecution and the defense was the same: the 2008 mirror drive.

If the 2008 "incident" was when the computer was being picked up, before the mirror drive was created, then maybe the evidence techs should be trained not to turn OFF a computer that's already on (in "sleep mode") when they pick it up, but there sure as heck isn't any evidence that this was "misconduct" or that something helpful to Jodi was deleted that way.

Not thus far.

Do escorts services have a list of little boys? None that I know of. It doesn't matter if Travis did go to sites. He's a grown man.

I hope this is the only expert they have lined up. And I hope judge is okay with running late today.

I don't think it's necesarily so that Jodi had to send Travis a virus for there to be 🤬🤬🤬🤬 on it. He was a sexually active guy, kind of into the kinky sex. Maybe they've watched 🤬🤬🤬🤬 together, maybe that's how she knew it was on his laptop. Either way, (as long as it's not child 🤬🤬🤬🤬, please!), I don't care!

And how does she know which file to look at to see the size? He could have had a 160 gig or a 500 gig hard drive.
Somethings fishy with her testimony. Everyone here is right about the defense, " look here, no there, just
Don't look at cmja"
