Isn't this over then? The DT's motion stated that JM intentionally deleted files on June 19. Their own expert just now stated that the changes on the 19th were a result of turning the computer off and on incorrectly.

Seriously. What the hell is up with all the defense 'experts' being so incredibly patronizing? They're supposed to be professionals. Pretty sure were I an expert and said 'If you understood, which you obviously don't' my butt would be booted out of the witness stand faster than I could say boo.

Some experts get all the breaks apparently.

Installed, yes. BUT it didn't have to be manualy updated back in 2008/2009/2010. It did that automatically.
People were coming up with all sort of programs to change that.
