At this point I'm cynical enough about JSS to think that was the DT plan all along. They knew misconduct wouldn't fly but JSS would want to give them a consolation prize .

If I were JM I'd fight that decision, heck, they'll already be in this way past the scheduled shut off date. If for no other reason that to annoy the defense and not let them get away with such crappola.

On several occasions when Juan pointed out Jodi's lies/fabrications/inconsistencies/general horribleness, she tried to wiggle out of it by saying stuff like "Yes of course I remember saying that, but I thought you were being hypothetical." Or "I thought you were talking about a different time." Or, of course, "My brain scrambles when men like you or Travis yell at me."
