No #jodiarias court today. Per court record, defense will bring back Drs. Geffner and Miccio-Fonseca plus computer guys "Smith" and Dworkin.
Noooooooooo! :sigh:

Yes, those look like the Teacup ride at Disneyland. She looks positively evil in this picture like she's scored him, and he just looks resigned. He's never happy and smiling in photos with her like he was with Deanna. Is it this one? There are teacups in the background.

The Alexander family has Sherry to blame for their beloved brother being dragged down Nurmis slime highway. As they will have her to blame if JA is not given the DP.
I will never believe otherwise no matter WHO tries to convince me of Sherrys brilliance...........I really regret that I can have no part of getting her removed from "judging"....
TH asks JA about the 3rd gas can in the post-verdict interview.
She says she did return and got "$13 and change back". Then she says she has never driven down that highway in the hot desert at night, hence the reason for the extra gas?
What other highways would take her to Mesa from southern California?
It's not JSSs' fault. As per JA, the state would not settle for a plea deal, so, her DT had no choice but to bring up all of TAs "secrets".
JA might have meant to convey that she hadn't driven on I-15 at night, so she must need gas cans. [Wasn't this thought attached to her original lie that she didn't go to Mesa?] There is a lot of desert out there for sure. But let's see how likely it is she wouldn't be able to get gas............ How about? Las Vegas! St. George! Cedar City! The Junction with I-70. Right, Jodi, gas is just so hard to find when you're on a busy interstate.
Of course, if she meant to convey that she'd never driven from SoCal to Mesa in the dark, ummm, that's a non-starter. To get from Mesa heading northwest towards Las Vegas or St. George, well, on an Escort, you'd probably want your gas gauge to go no lower than 1/2 full.
One 5 gallon can of gas would get her 100-150 miles easily. And she has THREE?!

^^^^ If you look at this picture you can even see how she dominates Travis. Poor Travis probably didn't realize precisely what she was up to but there's just so much going on with her even in this picture. Her face is in front of his, almost squeezing his face with hers as if to say she's controlling him until the day he dies. You can view the confidence she has here. This is not a fragile woman who is being abused. She's the one manipulating and controlling his every move. She's so evil. Her eyes look so black and lifeless too.

What I never understood is how she lifted those gas cans full of gas, especially since to get gas from a can into the car's fuel tank, she'd have to lift and tip it as well. The reason she could pull this off is testimony to the fact that she'd have no trouble physically handling Travis during the murder.
4 quarts=1 gallon 1 quart weighs approx. 2 lbs. 1 gas can full weighs approx. 40 lbs.+the weight of the can.

She planned and executed a murder of a man double Her strength and stature with precision l. She dragged his lifeless 220lb+ body back to the shower. I never once second guessed get ability to lift a measly 40 lbs

Thank-you!:clap::clap: First of all, it's moot because Jodi IS going to get the Death Penalty, I'm sure of it. I have that much confidence in Juan. But even if she doesn't I can guarantee the Alexander family won't be blaming Judge Stephens. She is doing a good job, even if some people are pessimists and don't think so. Some people here will probably try to blame her for President's Day too...
